Below from top surface... It us being used..when and excavation work started..during excavations..firt this yellow tape will appears .and excavator will know ..that there is electric cable is burried here..
Y in india people dig roads every time to put cables.. And why in abroad they dont need to dig roads for cables ??? Y can we can plan cities the se way so we dont have to dig roads everytime ???.. Y r we so unplanned ???

You have kept the Cable drum in the wrong position, Cable should come from the upper side.
