Great video! I landed my first frontroll kiteloops today on an 8 in powered but not overpowered wind. They weren't super high, only a few meters, so I was feeling a bit conscientious. Many tutorials show this trick but always with massive jumps. It's very intimidating to do this trick but hearing a professional say it's OK to start small helps me to appreciate my accomplishment.
Hey Ian, you want to let the bar out slightly when the kite is flying back up to 12 after the loop, but not through the loop as it will slow the turning, resulting in a bad time! Bring the bar back in when it’s reaching 12

Thanks a lot. What helps me when I get the courage to throw one is to delay a bit the loop from what your brain tells you to do.
