Hey brother I wouldn't beat yourself up so much. You did a fantastic job as both Arafel and Chris. I didn't even realize it was you playing Arafel until the credits, Your "Shatter to Dust!" was my favorite line. But your Chris, I'd be a liar if I said those scenes didn't make a cry a little🥲 Those lines plus the epic RE5 music were perfect!🫡
@@troopersbloopers4011Thanks for the praise dude, it’s always a little difficult after everything is said and done because it’s like “hmm I could’ve done that better/differently 😅”. Side effect of the military mindset I guess. But sincerely much appreciated. I had to do Arafel’s lines first thing in the morning so my vocal chords were relaxed enough to get that low.
Trust me, its so easy to slip into that mindset when you hear yourself performing but you did a great job and your take on Arafel works for what role he plays in the story. The deep, semi-stoic voice keeps him feeling alien and mysterious and ends up paying off later in the story. You also did an incredible job making him sound different from your Chris!
I was absolutely amazed when I first heard your lines. It suited him perfectly.
It's also worth mentioning that it's damn hard to voice act without seeing the rendered scenes while doing so.
And everyone, including you, just delivered almost like a pro =)
@@Wictoriously lol yep very easy to do so. And thanks for the kudos. Finding Arafel's voice was pretty tricky. I just really wanted to do a good job and stuff.
