Thanks for the kind words, I hope I demystify it a little bit, and demonstrate that really anyone with enough work and dedication can make a lot of these sounds.

I caught wind of Will Ramos a few years ago and when I learned he was touring with Lorna after CJ... I LOST MY MIND. Thinking of how good this band could be with him in it. I’m finding how they do the vocals extremely interesting and have started practicing myself. This is an awesome review best one I’ve seen and I’ve almost watched them all.
As someone who has been casually teaching himself to scream over the last 10 years, your explanations of where the individual sounds come from is absolutely spot on. Literally took me years to understand where to place screams and techniques that you just easily explained in seconds. Also, doing the examples in screams AND in normal singing makes it so simple to catch. I wish I had your explanations a long time ago. It would've made things much easier. Awesome review and instruction. Thank you!

I legitimately have been waiting to hear your take on this video since it dropped, the anticipation of your reaction is immense 😂
You have to check out Trevor Teichert's cover of this!
Deffo
It would be cool to see his reaction to those facial expressions.
Dude that is how I found out about this song. He killed it too. Had to sub to his channel for that reason.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE that in all of these reactions, no matter how experienced, knowledgeable, or even jaded people are... everyone still loses their mind at the last minute of this song.
I knew this song was gonna get the sword out when we recommended it. You have a new $5 tier patron 🙌🏻 Love this channel and I can't get enough of it 😁
Hell yeah bud, thanks for watching and joining us on Patreon! I'm looking forward to hanging out in the Discord!
So cool seeing a singer in the same genre that really understand the techniques Will Ramos is doing. It sounds great nonetheless, but more detailed explainations gives more depth to what makes Ramos stand out from the rest 👍🏻
I may be late to the party but the deathcore vocal range is a fascinating and addictive mystery to me, and to see you listen to this then PERFECTLY recreate the technique for your explanations is incredible. No channel does that 💪🏼
Thanks for the kind words, I hope I demystify it a little bit, and demonstrate that really anyone with enough work and dedication can make a lot of these sounds.
Amazing how he can go so high and so low at his vocals.
It sounds so good, because many vocalists who have high learned cant do low usually
Will has one of the gnarly and emotional highs in game
His highs in Darkened Gospel
And Damned by Sold Soul is amazing
Dude, i love how much insight you have to offer.
Been a fan of Lorna Shore since Maleficium in 2013, They have a knack for picking some crazy talented vocalists. I caught wind of Will Ramos a few years ago and when I learned he was touring with Lorna after CJ... I LOST MY MIND. Thinking of how good this band could be with him in it. I'm so glad these guys have found an audience because they make some of the most incredible "blackened deathcore" on the market. Sick video Kardavox! Always stoked to see how you dissect these vocalists.
I got same chills with Maria Callas - Mamma Morta, Will Ramos is an opera singer, musicians are able to intérprete opera master piece too, Hope this guy can make in to music
I hope that you read this, professor. Your passion about the vocals made me swallow hard not to cry a little. I wish someday i can work with something i love so dearly as you obviously do with vocals.
I'm absolutely inspired by you right now!
Thank you so much for your amazing words, Pedro!
Cant wait to see his reaction to the breakdown.....
Which one lmao
@@Omally226 definitely the last one lol
@@ihteshamkhan4696 yea the last one is what I meant lol, those snarls are sick

Almost lost my shit when I saw this, then realized it wasn’t out yet lol so ready to watch this!
His surprised 😮 😲 face when Will goes into that hog scream at the end 🤣 had me dying
Came back like a little kid who saw his cousin playing video games and now what's to play lol
I've watched a bunch of reaction videos to this song and they're all along the lines of "whoa, this is scary!" To hear you making all the sounds and describing them was such a breath of fresh air. Awesome job dude.
"Gutalax Moment" I fucking can't anymore, that was an amazing breakdown of the vocals and you are so goddamn funny all the time
Brooooo Dickie Allen gravel vocals at the end of the song!!!! Unholy gravebirth and blasphimeon
EDIT: you just said it 32 ish min
when he gets into that chorus when he says "Azreal" he kinda sounds like the singer from Lamb of God. i love it
I thought so too!
Even though it was 40 min..this is one of my favorite reactions because of how much information you gave us. Love it. I like learning about this stuff and your content is some of the best in my honest opinon.
Thanks bro, it was a lot of fun to make!
Will Ramos is just......friggin killing it. One of the best I think I've ever heard.
@Kardavox Academy This is the best reaction video on RUclips, period.
Thanks!
Okay your legit probably the best vocal coach I've ever listened too
Can you pleas make a video on "Rings of Saturn"? "Abducted" and "Senseless Massacre" have very impressive vocal work and techniques. Your opinion on this would really interest me.
I don't think anyone minds if you rattle on.your videos are very insightful. Especially for us who sing along in the car/ work/ shed🤘
Thanks dude!
Well, you just earned yourself a sub for not only having a great breakdown of technique BUT THE SWORD OMG
Hell yeah, Kevin, thanks for watching!
Bro you are hilarious and your breakdowns of songs is once again tremendous, just like you! Thank you for being mindful of taking care of yourself, I want to soak up as much of your energy and excitement as possible while we all have it! Cheers
Thank you so much dude!
this is your first video i’ve ever watched. I can’t believe nobody told me there was a vocal coach reactor who actually knows (and does!!!) scream styles!! this was great I was shocked to see the video was 40 minutes when i was done. it flew by!!
I feel like it’s the year’s biggest deathcore track when Mark brings out the sword. “To The Hellfire” has won 2021 🥇
I learned a ton from this video. The way he describes vocal technique makes sense to me. Can't wait to play around with my voice and learn to access different sounds. 🎉❤
You know its a brutal breakdown when he opts out of cleansing the demons for beheading them
This is so refreshing from all the other reactions, which feel like theyre solely done for the shock factor and views, but dont offer any input. I loved your explanations and genuine enthusiasm
Producer: how filthy do you want the breakdowns?
Lorna Shore: Yes
his inhaling idk whats gurgling at the last breakdown i always picture a demon catpig beast hacking up hairballs of doom, and i love how you recreate it in separate layers
His "chorus" segment almost has a randy blythe vibe to it
Thank god I’m not the only one!!!!!! The way he enunciates his works and drags them out has such a lamb of god sound to it! It’s incredible!🤘🏽
Yes I agree very Apt observation mate
@@zerozeeros why thank you good sir, a man of culture I see. In all seriousness though, the way he builds and drops the emphatic sounds and transitions. Has a lot of that 'glory days of blackened metalcore' feel
That pronunciation just screams Blythe. Will decided to hit all the sounds and techniques in this one. Had to to show that he was as good, if not better than CJ.
When I first heard it, it was on satellite radio so I thought it was somewhat distorted as I had the same thought. Having listened to it now on spotify and here, I still hear it. Glad I'm not the only one lol.
I’ve never been into metal really. There’s been a few songs here and there but I mainly liked the screamo stuff like “The amity affliction”. But hearing this song I’ve completely opened up and my Spotify is getting filled with this stuff especially if Will Ramos is on the track. I’m finding how they do the vocals extremely interesting and have started practicing myself. This is an awesome review best one I’ve seen and I’ve almost watched them all.
Welcome to the club!!!
You can check out tallah, hes got a couple of videos in this chanel, hes very good
I laughed WAAAAY too hard when you brought the sword out! Loved it.
3rd time watching this reaction. Still laugh my ass off
As someone who has been casually teaching himself to scream over the last 10 years, your explanations of where the individual sounds come from is absolutely spot on. Literally took me years to understand where to place screams and techniques that you just easily explained in seconds. Also, doing the examples in screams AND in normal singing makes it so simple to catch. I wish I had your explanations a long time ago. It would've made things much easier. Awesome review and instruction. Thank you!
25:30 "Let's listen to that again."
Me: Holy fuck, there's still another fifteen minutes! Let's gooooooooooo!
