I think he was refering to the way that the reality show Big Brother was shot like it was with surveillance cameras. Which the comstamt surveillance was wby the show ended up being called Big Brother. Although, I suppose you can make an argument that he also was referencing 1984's Big Brother's political, social, comfrol through their totalitarian artificial intelligent surveillance technology. Which perfectly matches how much our world truly has made these steps toward what Orwell had been trying to warn us about for year

Why is it that the Holocaust is portrayed again and again in cinema?
It was a system engineered specifically to exterminate a few groups of people and it happened relatively a short time ago.

The PiS party in poland tries to stir up the population by bringing up ww2 and falsfying its rememberence so that poles think that germans call these camps "polish camps".
