Hi! 🙂 Katie is not a vegan but a vegetarian meaning she doesn’t eat animals but eats animal products such as eggs, dairy, cheese, and honey. I, as a vegan (and fellow Katie), don’t eat animals but I also don’t eat any animal derived products: no dairy, no cheese, no eggs, and so on. Vegans also don’t support the use of animals for clothing, entertainment, or in scientific research so it’s not just about food and it’s not a diet. I find a lot of people mix these two up and there is a significant difference. Can’t tell you how many times people have tried to give me an animal product assuming vegan is the same as vegetarian. Hope that helps. 😀

Grape jelly is usually made with concord grapes. I think these grapes aren't Concorde, but taste similar. Personally they can't touch the real Concorde but they make a good substitute.

Disappointed that you disparaged the Applegate Farms Organic Hot Dogs. Maybe people don’t buy them because they don’t appreciate how the animals were grass fed and humanely raised. I am guessing they are also more expensive. Many people are willing to eat a highly processed diet full of unhealthy fats, fillers and preservatives. I love your channel and Benson is too cute.
What do you mean? I said if I ate meat those would be my choice. Based on what I see customers purchase it’s the least favorite and I’ve been told multiple times it’s because they don’t taste the same as what they are used to. I’m just being honest. I don’t ever want to give false info just to satisfy what I prefer or what I think other people would like to hear.
The sweet & tart hibiscus flowers 🌺 are no different than cherries or strawberries in the same form. Throw them in a wine spritzer or on your morning oatmeal. Or just snack on them plain. I wish Trader Joe’s would sell regular dried hibiscus flowers which can be used to make hot or cold drinks and even as a meat alternative in recipes (like jack fruit)!

I have to disagree about the Applegate hot dogs not tasting as good.. I grew up on Hebrew National hot dogs, which are delicious, but the Applegate are just as good. I started buying them because my husband and son can’t have the nitrates and nitrites in regular hot dogs. I haven’t tried the Trader Joe’s brand yet.
I know that you were relaying what the customers say. I was just saying that I’m a big fan of them. I like all the Applegate products. I’m especially partial to their smoked turkey and TJ’s has the best price, even better than target with my red card discount.
Katie!! You have to try the spinach artichoke dip pasta!! It’s incredible. It’s the same tik tok recipe with the feta and tomatoes except in place of the feta block, you use the spinach artichoke dip and OMG, it’s delicious!!! 325 for about 30 minutes ❤️❤️

We got one of the Kiss Limone's last week. I wondered if yours was super hard. My husband went and I don't know if he picked one that isn't ripe or it's just that hard. They didn't have the sweet one at our store, and they didn't have the gummy bear grapes. I was so excited to try those. My husband is a huge fan of those scooper corn chips but he gets the spiced ones and is obsessed.
Omg yes!! Best decision ever made. My eyes have healed exceptionally well and, as noted by the doctor, impressively fast compared to others. I would do it again tomorrow if I had to.

Considering all the condiments people dump on hot dogs, the taste of the dogs may be less important than texture (isn't it the Hebrew ones that burst juicily in your mouth?) or one's nutritional or ethical standards. Something for everybody!

I'm so confused!😭 The Applegate are still 100% cow flesh but you said that people that don't really eat hot dogs go for it? How can it not taste as good as the Trader Joe's hotdogs that are also grassfed without hormones, etc?? Please explain! Is it because you have to 'push' TJ'S products since you work there? And I just bought A & H grass fed hot dogs at Trader Joe's because last week you said it was a family-owned business and they're delicious..😟 Can you do a detailed vid on hot dogs and only hot dogs. I think you are getting me confused with someone else. I haven’t purchased hotdogs, other than veggie dogs, in well over a year. I don’t eat meat so I will certainly not do a video dedicated to hot dogs lol. I just picked up the top 4 most popular that I see customers buy at TJ’s and ranked them according to what I’ve seen/heard. Just because I work there doesn’t mean I’m “pushing their products” lol. I do these hauls for my own personal pleasure and to help others out who want to know what’s new at Trader Joe’s.

@@KatieHespe I asked the folks in the store about the Kiss Limon, and they said stores not in Cali don’t always get the same items, however All wasn’t completely lost, I did get the Key Lime popcorn, and the sparkling lemonade, OMG, both are EPIC😂😂!! Hopefully they just weren’t sure about the produce. Thanks for always sharing the latest TJ products 😀😀👍🏽!

The Applegate are still 100% cow flesh but you said that people that don't really eat hot dogs go for it? How can it not taste as good as the Trader Joe's hotdogs that are also grassfed without hormones, etc?? Please explain! Is it because you have to 'push' TJ'S products since you work there? And I just bought A & H grass fed hot dogs at Trader Joe's because last week you said it was a family-owned business and they're delicious..😟 Can you do a detailed vid on hot dogs and only hot dogs. I usually get freaked out by meat because it is a dead animals flesh, so then I go to veggie dogs but they're kinda like a slab of protein injected with smoke flavoring and so unsatisfying. HELP!!! I think you are getting me confused with someone else. I haven’t purchased hotdogs, other than veggie dogs, in well over a year. I don’t eat meat so I will certainly not do a video dedicated to hot dogs lol. I just picked up the top 4 most popular that I see customers buy at TJ’s and ranked them according to what I’ve seen/heard. Just because I work there doesn’t mean I’m “pushing their products” lol. I do these hauls for my own personal pleasure and to help others out who want to know what’s new at Trader Joe’s.
