It dawned on me a couple weeks ago that these would be cheaper than pvc, so I went looking to see if anyone on RUclips has done this and here I am, watching your video! One of my neighbors tossed five hula hoops today. They left them out with their garbage cans so I scooped them up!

So I was thinking---I have some roses & other large plants that tend to flop (so do I, but another story for another time!), & I thought, what if I shoved 3 or 4 stakes into the dirt & then surrounded them w/a hula hoop & tied them on. Love your idea, too, maybe I can actually get to eat some of my blueberries this year by doing this! Oh I LOVE a good hack or two! Thanks!

    • @thebusybrownangel5829

Hi! Most gardeners cover to keep insects like moths from laying their eggs on plants. When the eggs hatch the worms/caterpillars feed on the plants. It also helps to keep birds from eating your crops. I hope this helps you. 💚
