That kid's parents should honestly be investigated if that 14 year old has committed 50 crimes since he was 7. At 7, and even kinda 14, the parents should know where that kid is pretty much at all times. If he's done that much sh*t, the parents had to have done something to him, like physical or sexual abuse, completely ignoring him, and/or failing to be a parent. He somehow managed to get a gun and could've easily killed someone, or himself.

    • @kelleybutler9203

His parents are dead or nobody knows where either of them are located, my understanding is his elderly Grandmother has had him since he was a baby and the mother and father (never married) had severe drug problems. Grandma wasn’t able to handle this out of control youth plus she wasn’t young when he was just left behind with her. It’s a making for the situation that’s happening and I’m sure DFCS (children services) have been trying to keep and eye on but when you have 25-30 children per every 1 DFCS officers, those aren’t good odds. Just a very horrible situation all around.

For the same reason foster families who spend a normal amount of attention on such a kid won't be able to fix it any longer. We were talking about a 14 year old who stole a brand new car and lead police on a highspeed chase and he (Wont mention race) Said that the kid doesn't deserve to go to jail because the system is corrupt and putting young people in jail will just make them into criminals.
