good atlernative to that hard white alumina 120 shapton pro is the naniwa 220 pink alumina. naniwa also makes the regular traditional 220 which is green silicon carbide. that one is more like a shapton pro 220/320.
Hi ivan i love to see this video , already saw this like 10 times. Where can i find that brick naniwa 1500 ?? In your web site just found the small version, thanks for the video!!!
My opinion: all good for Ivan except the microbevel is a macrobevel, may be was a client request ..at least for yanagiba microbevel is required to remove all burr and make a harrder sustainable micro -edge in conjunction with the back side uraoshi

角度抬那么高真的好吗?
I take it, this is not your first time.😆
I never like a micro bevel. I think this blade is way waaaaay unfinished sharpening. Judging by its appearance
Thats one expensive time consuming way to sharpen a knife
Thank you!
it is 4 minutes long
Microbevel a Yanagiba? Sure?
LOL I agree........no fine knife like this has a micro bevel except for this particular one
thumbs down for the atoma sounds. gtfo
