Sir, sabi po sa book ni Valix that if the litigation is unsuccessful, the cost of litigation and remaining cost of the patent is written off as loss po, so does that mean that the cost of litigation is treated as a loss din po like how we treat the patent or expense pa rin po ang cost of litigation?
