Yeah 600 American bucks woo-hoo bout the same price I paid for her tenor sax a few years ago. It's cool though and I used to be a dj and I can see many things it would be cool for. Definitely worth a buy.
I found similar with the re.corder, and this feels much more like a grown up instrument with better pads and just more reactive and easier to play. For playing live I’ve only used it plugged in, so with a 6.5mm Jack to an audio interface / speakers, so doesn’t have any noticeable delay. I’ve used midi ble for playing into a DAW, but I don’t play it at speed for that use case. But yeah overall it feels like a more professional instrument, I suggest checking out Robkoo’s videos where they have people give them a proper play at higher speeds than you see me play in this video.
Sylphyo is incredibly fast (capacitive sensors, so you have to actually slow them down to your tatste) and designed for low latency (to the point it has its own wireless module, not bluetooth, to save latency). I was wondering the same (and what the breath response is like) for this
it's a gg for steve and lucy, no match for merlin. merlin is literally multiple instruments in one instrument, there is no way steve any lucy are winning that

Yes they can and they adjust to the amount you breathe, I just had them turned off as sometimes social media used to mistake it for a vape.
