On what basis do Jamaicans believe we have a great football culture? Jamaica is not or ever was a good football nation. We can run track and play cricket. Now and again we come up with a better than average footballer but football is not our strong suit but the talkers try to pump us up to a level we are not nor have ever been.
It’s odd that Jamaica can’t play better football after all they develop excellent runners and football is mostly about running. I get so annoyed when other teams out sprint Jamaica for a football, when Jamaicans are supposed to have world class sprinters

Good games to see where we are. There is no issue with the coaching, more so the imbalance in the team. We can see the experiment of Lowe and Latty in the middle will not work verses good team. Jamaica needs to find players who can retain the ball and pass in the midfield.

Trinidad and Tobago have defeated the United States 2 times in the last five years, so yes with the right tactics Jamaica can defeat anyone.
