Great Summary. Will look fwd to others. Suggest others, each targeting one main Social Media platform - best ways and software to be successful on each. I am currently trying to create a RUclips channel for example. Overwhelmed by software possibilities. Maybe a simple step by step on each. Recommend the software. Go SLOWLY and make your cursors BIG. Most presenters fail here. They tell the viewer but don't SHOW the viewer where they are clicking etc. Great job. I CAN believe how long this took!

Great Video! What I've realised is that Gamma gives good content compared to Beautiful AI, so i make the presentation on Gamma first, export the PDF and use that to train Beautiful AI, also i was a Beta tester of Beautiful AI so i have some pro accounts available on a discount if anyones interested :))
Banger video, great effort 👏 kinda sad that the second best choices are powerpoint and google slides as i find them severly lacking while Beautiful AI is expensive
Thank you! I agree. I want to note that lately I'm using Gamma App for my presentations. While I was creating that video and testing the tools I had some bad experiences with Gamma but lately it is working fine. The handy thing of the Gamma App is that you can extend a slide vertically. So if you want to embed/add a longer vertical image or text onto your slide you can do that. Google Slides and powerpoint don't have this feature...
Great job on the review. Very thorough, very helpful! I'd love to learn more about your reasons for eliminating those tools in the beginning but unfortunately I can't access the Notion file.

Thanks for the video! Not sure if you specifically shared this, but which presentation platform do you think has the best video playback when presenting videos that are on your slides during screen sharing? Thanks for the great video once again!
You're welcome! Glad you liked the video. I'm not sure whether I discuss this in the video but if not, Tome App is pretty good with video in my opinion. You can use RUclips but for the best experience you might want to upload the video to Tome App itself.
You're welcome! Yes, I also use Pitch from time to time. They have some handy templates for timelines, etc. I did some quick testing with Canva but not a thorough test yet. Can't really say whether or not I like it.
Can you share how I can create a presentation similar to what you did here? Showing slides as you are speaking and then jumping back to the screen where it's all you presenting without a slide in the background.
I'm doing that in post production. In other words, I'm doing that inside Adobe Premiere. Adding the slides or just showing my face. Are you familiar with a tool like adobe premiere?
Wow, you are a great content creator! Well presented and detailed. I appreciated that you took time to test all of them to a degree, that should have taken a lot of time. Kudos to your great work! One idea that might help: you can also make a chart to show the target audiences of different tools. E.g. I have a design background and I am more familiar with adobe tools.
I copied & pasted this from my notes: I remembered Prezi from many years ago when I first tried it out, so I was curious about what they were up to these days. Unfortunately, my initial impressions were that not much had changed. Many of their presentation templates seem outdated in terms of design. Additionally, the Windows app (not the browser version but the actual desktop app) feels unintuitive. For instance, when I click "create a new presentation," a new window pops up, which I find confusing and inconvenient. The outdated presentation templates were a major downside for me. In terms of Canva, I haven't tested it for presentations so I can't share my opinion on that...
@@Creatoregg I recommend testing Canva. It may be a little different but that could be its biggest strengths as well. And yes, went with PowerPoint instead of Prezi for my newest presentation. Instead learnt about zoom feature in PowerPoint 😅.

Which tool did you use to make this video, may I ask? Thanks.
Adobe premiere, OBS, and I’ve used Pitch for some of the slides.

Adobe premiere, OBS, and I’ve used Pitch for some of the slides.
@@Creatoregg Thanks Bro
Hi, thanks for sharing. I just discovered Pitch with your video, I will try it out. What do you think about Canva for presentations?

Thank you! Appreciate the positive vibes. Good point. I will add a section for 'target audience' per tool in future 'best' videos.
Hey your content is great, I think your content can do great on Instagram and using your snippets from long videos will help you reach more people
Why did you exclude Prezi and not even consider Canva?
