Amazing! I live in a tourist hotspot. Way too many airbnb's popping up. Their algorithm is similar to uber. Maximise profits by obscuring as much as possible to the end user whilst profiling the customers to extort most money out of them. As a guest why do I have to rate my host first before I have access to how they rate me. As a host I get request to make special startup pricing and end up getting fake long term renters. Still more and more landlords feel being better in control getting their own merchant system rather than dealing with unfair local laws.
The best way to go about it would be first getting all the listings in your target city, then pulling the reviews for each property. We can offer it as a dataset in CSV or any other format if you prefer.
There are approximately 45K properties listed in Los Angeles with around 1.5M reviews. Since we've recently completed a similar project for another client, we can offer this data at our base price of $500 for a custom dataset. However, the price may vary for other regions depending on the volume of data.
It's not free right? Couldn't really understand what is the request limit for the 7 day trial just to test it. And where is the information about the amount of requests you spend? Thanks!

Is it possible to scrape reviews of a whole city, rather than a single listing, and then search those reviews for specific words?

@@9to5Software How much would it cost to have it done, for all listings in Los Angeles? As an example
