Faraam is the only rep 1000 I have seen that is actually good at the game. Most others farm breach bots so they aren't attune to player behavior. So when you see a rep 1000 or above it's safe to assume they aren't too hot. Unless it's faraam.
I just played a level 1600 odd called Raphael he was a 65 rep monk and got beat three games in a row bottom of the team, he was playing semi honourable so give him dues
Is it even possible to hack on this game for a start? Simply some people play better than others but that's something that can change with some practice.
