As i found out trying mock torment (i don't have my own kokona, nor my friend list had one), I can vouch that P2 without Kokona is really pain in the ass. Problem #1 : You need Cherino HITTING enemies constantly (Regardless Of if you have UE40 or UE50), as torment difficulty have an increased EVA on enemy Automaton/Drones. Missing some of them could potentially ruin your rotation & crucially killing your Students. Problem #2 : Relying Ako alone on Healing is really tight on P2 as you have to hope that enemies didn't make 2 or more of your students into low HP situation at same time in which case 1 of them will be guaranteed dead as the raid progresses. Problem #3 : As you need to open Chesed Boss 3 times in order to kill him. The probability of you messing up your run is really high. If you messed up during between the period after opening of first one and the beginning of opening the second one, You will waste at least 2-5 minutes of your run. Clearing Chesed Torment in less than 15 minutes was considered a lucky run as average clear was between 15-40 minutes.
it's mostly for comfy reasons, I tried Tsurugi as well but I find that Momoi would often die early in 2nd wave of phase 1 Sumire allows for a bit more control as I'm able to aim her EX as opposed to Tsurugi just doing her own thing XD
@@shucksyI can attest to that using Tsurugi is a pain. I'm able to beat it with her though. Sumire was the first one I had in mind, but I realized that I never maxed her skills. I used Tsurugi instead with a few restarts here and there.
@@shucksy Honestly, watching your video encouraged me to try Torment. I did the first part comfortably thanks to Sumire, but my Mika can't hold up in phase 2, I was thinking that maybe it was because of the bond (mine is Bond 30), although now I'm thinking that I needed to do more damage to Hod in the phase 1
@@miguelmacias8343 yup, setting up the groggy bar is very important you could always use another team before the Mika team to set it up if you're not able to do it with the first team

is there any specific reason you went with sumire instead of tsurugi in phase 1?

it's not relevant in this case since we're not speedrunning insane but I'd figure to include it anyway
