Pretty informative. Thanks. I'll probably still do my own study, but this was a great crash course. A note on bearing fruit on the vine. The first "cut off" should probably be translated "lift up". The Greek word can mean both. This makes more sense because then it says, "any branch that does not bear fruit, he lifts up (to get air and sunlight), and any that does, he prunes so it will bear even more." It quoted "speaking in-line with the faith, even in our heart", but in my Bible that is the section quoting "who shall ascend to heaven? Who shall descend to Sheol?".
Hey Brother, the greek that we know today is also just another translation. No man knows the things of God except the Spirit of God (1 Corinthians 2:11). The words "taken away" in John 15:1-2, is in-line with the words "cut off" according to Romans 11:22, and it also is in-line with Hebrews 6:7-8. The Word of God itself is alive (Hebrews 4:12) and it works on the inside of those who believe it (1 Thessalonians 2:13), and so I don't rely on a man's interpretation of the greek. The Romans 10:6-7 is describing what is known as "the righteousness of faith." In other words, in order to be righteous by faith, a Christian has to speak in-line with scripture, with the spirit of faith (2 Corinthians 4:13) so that he can be justified in Christ (Galatians 2:17), by his words (Matthew 12:36-37). However, those scriptures are a part of the Word of the Kingdom, and therefore, they will not remain on the inside of every Christian until they understand it (Matthew 13:18-19).

All who do not come to know Jesus will hear "Away from Me, I never knew you" on the last day (Matthew 7:22-23, Luke 13:23-28). Great job, but at 11:11 you said the only way to change what's in our heart is to get the word in, while that is one vital way, another is to lay up treasure in heaven because where your treasure is, your heart is also.
Praise God. Does laying up treasure in Heaven indeed "change" what's in our heart, or identify where our heart is? Helping the poor (Luke 12:33-34), while we are receiving grace, would make us a slave of righteousness (Romans 6:16-18), or a son of the light (John 12:35-36, Acts 10:35, 1 John 3:18-19), but even then we would still need to be renewed in our minds (Romans 12:1-2), and put off the old man (Ephesians 4:20-24). God placed His love in our hearts when we were saved (Romans 5:5) and if the love of God is in us, then it will "make" us share with our brother in need (1 John 3:17-19). That in itself would be laying up treasures in Heaven. However, if that same person doesn't use this time of grace to learn righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:21-6:1, Isaiah 26:10), or pursue holiness (Hebrews 12:14-15), making the tree good (Matthew 12:33-37), then they will return to where they came after about four years (Luke 13:6-9). Love for this world will soon replace the love of God in them (1 John 2:15), and so they will no longer lay up treasure in Heaven (Matthew 24:12). So, even though they may have some treasure in Heaven, they have not put off the old man. In order to change we have to drink the water (John 4:10, 13-14, Revelation 22:17, Ephesians 5:26) until we know the truth (John 8:31-32), and then the truth will set us free from being a slave to sin (John 8:34-35). @@AlanBallou I appreciate your passion. I didn't really understand what it meant to bear fruit but after watching your video I was highly enlightened. I love that you backed everything with scriptures. Very simple explanation. Great job! God bless you.
Bearing fruit includes helping the saints who are in need and speaking in-line with the faith, and giving to charities that help people (giving alms), and giving to the poor, and winning souls, and walking in the Spirit by keeping our minds on the things above so that we will bear the fruits of the Spirit, and avoiding the cares of this life that choke the Word in us, making it unfruitful, and obeying Jesus Christ, Who commanded us to love one another, and I guess we could include how we act, since love is patient, kind, forgiving, not proud, or self seeking, and rejoices in the truth. Ma'am, Jesus Christ died for everybody's sins (1 John 2:2), but that doesn't mean that everybody is going to Heaven. We don't get to go to Heaven JUST BECAUSE Jesus Christ died for our sins. We get to go to Heaven if we "DO" the will of God (Matthew 7:21), and that's doing something. [8] Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me His prisoner, but share with me in the sufferings for the gospel according to the power of God, [9] who has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace which was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began, NKJV
I don't understand what you are saying
You are preaching a works salvation. I checked your web site and noticed that you don't mention the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ for the full payment of our sins. No one stops sinning.
Do you believe Jesus Christ?
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Matthew 7:21
@@AlanBallou I see someone so lost in the book that he has forgotten who God is. The book shouldn't ever become the idol.

@@frankcrawford416 I never said that they were not saved, but I have said that everyone who is saved that does not do the will of God, will never enter the Kingdom of Heaven according to the Words of Jesus Christ, written in Matthew 7:21. Good luck bro.
@@AlanBallou the will of the father is to put your faith in Jesus. Lordship salvation kills your soul because you have no idea whats enough. I work 40 hours a week and am very introverted and deal with depression because society has deemed me an enemy. I do not fornicate watch porn steal etc. So tell me what do I need to do to have enough fruit?
