Is there a technique for removing polish that has glitter in it?

Nail polish remover, then buff your nails to weaken then glitter polish, then nail polish remover again.

just go to walmart, go to the nail aisle, AND GET THE FREAKIN DOLLAR ONE!!! just use a napkin with the equate one and it does the same exact thing!
