I appreciate you taking the feedback from the last episode, and you hit the mark flavor-wise on this one, I'd say. I like other classes getting legendary excavate treasures (I wish you included priest somehow tho, it always felt bad generating 4+ excavate cards in priest and not getting a reward 😭😂). Excavate is a mechanic I could totally see Blizzard bringing back in a fashion like this. Maybe someday all the classes could get one!
Wow, you’re really working overtime, keep up the amazing work! I feel this set is mostly balanced if not a tad underpowered some places. Vesh may be a tad strong, I know you’re going for the idea of a slow building tide kind of build but there are definitely ways to break that. There are some cards that are cheap that can summon multiple murlocs so I fear your turn 6/7 could easily get them buffed by a good 4/4 which feels like it’d be a whole other crystal core but maybe even stronger due to scaling.
Alright, I'm convinced. You're not the first person to bring up Vesh, so I will change him in a patch notes video, probably just to something like a 7 mana 7/7. Thanks for the comment!
@ All good, Game long effects are very scary just worried it could be another Oryn or Brann. In this meta 7 is more than likely slow enough. Keep up the great work
I feel that Excavate feels out of place here, the only ones in either team that would care for treasure are Togwaggle and Reno. I had the idea that the Mini-set for Uldum would be the Leauge of Explorers getting rid of the influence of the Plauges given most became confused by most of them. This gave me the idea for DUAL CLASS cards because of it. Minions that were so confused, they couldn’t tell if they were good or evil, these “Confused” Cards would have the same stats, cost and initial effects but would gain effects based on the class you use. The example I made was for Paladin and Warrior, the Confused Marauder, A 3 Mana 1/1 with Rush, Paladin gave it Divine Shield and Battlecry: If you control another 1-Health Minion, Gain +3 Attack. While Warrior gave it Taunt and Battlecry: Gain Armor equal to this minion’s Health. It’s the same base concept for the minion, but creates 2 radically different cards. One that pushes for a more aggressive playstyle while the other pushes for a more defensive approach.
Especially interested in the final expansion of the year as they mentioned alternate versions of Warcraft characters so perhaps Evil Reno and a heroic rafaam
@@TrixyTrixter didn’t he say that he did this because blizzard in the past has done the same with minisets I saw that video and it had a pinned comment from him saying so
@@Frrixy Yeah but when Blizzard did that the other times the introduced new characters for the good/bad classes who were bad/good and made it make way more sense. I don't want to get the comments blocked here also, but while I think the cards had some really cool and interesting designs in them, having "schemes" and "lackeys" for good characters didn't really make much sense. I would have given the bad classes a new "good" legendary and vice versa. But whatever, one miss out of a catalogue of bangers.
Yeah, sure, I should probably explain: You guys didn't like my approach last time, which is fine, so a lot of you commented on the video with your opinions. I listened to these, and responded saying why I had chosen to do as I did, but that I would remake the entire episode eventually. That didn't stop people from continuing to write their feedback. And a lot of it was not very positive. Some of the comments were straight up mean, like saying "I should rather not post a video at all than "churn" out crap like this". I just didn't want another angry message in my Notifications every time I logged onto RUclips, so I disabled the comments altogether.
I find most of it on the Custom Hearthstone Discord server. They have a section called art-gallery where people share artworks that fit within Hearthstone.
Cheers! As for the first one: People I'd shown it to before posting it in this video were actually calling it too slow, and I would tend to agree with these people. A Murloc deck is a very fast deck that needs to apply pressure every turn. Spending your turn 6 on summoning a 6/6 with no immediate effect is a huge tempo loss and could cost you the game, especially since you won't start to see the real payoff from it until you've summoned some other Murlocs. Murloc Shaman is currently not a very competitive deck; they spend all their resources at the start of the game, and if that doesn't give them enough of a lead they'll probably lose the game. This was just my attempt to make the deck more competitive, and give it some late-game power too.
It was just meant as a backup if you're struggling to complete your Quest, but perhaps I could give it another reward for having completed your Quest 🤔
The fecking knees card made me cackle
Plague of Undeath is genuinely awesome card design

4:52 those are hands!
Very sweet idea with the Maxwell as Rouge highlander! And I love seeing your editing improve with every video
Why Rogue though? It's Finly's mount

This is a really cool idea! It could be something I revisit in Mini-Set Miracles Season 2!
With next years expansion already announced could you create you idea of what those sets and mini set could include
Oooo, that sounds like an interesting idea! I already had plans for some predictions for the upcoming Mini-Set
Especially interested in the final expansion of the year as they mentioned alternate versions of Warcraft characters so perhaps Evil Reno and a heroic rafaam
It seems a bit more fun than previous
Can I ask what happened that comments are locked on the previous video?

@@BlututhHS Damn yeah that makes sense. People are ruthless on the internet.
Yeah this is a good direction W video
One small thing is that Maxwell would be paladin wouldn’t it? Cuz Finley was its not a big ides tho I like the card design
Oh u explained I get it nvm
I don't understand why the comments are so negative, you've got some fun design. Quick question, how do you have so much artworks for these videos ?
I find most of it on the Custom Hearthstone Discord server. They have a section called art-gallery where people share artworks that fit within Hearthstone.
Resurect should be for none lackyes minion
please make a new Chicken class because...well... at least you'd have chicken (get the reference)! it's also because chickens are funni birds.
cool!!
Cool
Most of these cards seem amazing, but the first one is WAAYYYY too strong.
Cheers!

Okay, there are now more people bringing up that card, so it will change in a Patch Notes video!
Colossus is weird. I mean, you want to complete your quest as soon as possible and colossus is kinda antisynergistic
It was just meant as a backup if you're struggling to complete your Quest, but perhaps I could give it another reward for having completed your Quest 🤔
