My buddy and I just attempted a Tiger Bay run. It didn’t go well. We dropped off at Juliet 3, got to the gas station, and killed the three guys there. We thought that was it, but next thing we know, we’re fighting an entire army. By the end of the first wave, we had killed 27 guys. We moved up to the homes on the front left corner of the road from the station. That was a BAD idea, even though it was for a quest. Que round 2. We had to run back to the gas station, and fight them off as they came in from both rice fields. In total, the two of us killed between 40-50 guys. Bad news: we tore through a shit ton of ammo and meds. Approximately 1,000 rounds, 5 blood bags, 7 or more surkits, fuck tons of bandages and tourniquets, and partridge in a pear tree. Good news: we left with 125 dollars from the cash register in the gas station.
Nice history, i think that many players lost more than they win in a high tier mission.
What you can also do to increase your chances is, once you clear the fence and you are lucky enough that there is no AI there (unlike in the video) you can start crawling and hugging the right wall. Once you reach a red container, you have to start running but by then, it is a much shorter rout.
EDIT: oh and another tip: be sure to have only space available for looting in your secure container. I do it by splitting 4 times 1$ and placing the single dollars in my pockets. Nothing more frustrating, than arriving at the location, looting your quest for it to land in your pocket and getting killed before you can place it in the secure container :D
@18:50 you pass a a staircase up. There is actually a second mission you can do simultaneously, if you have it. "Test results" for Lab Rat. It's upstairs in the pharmacy area.
This method really does work! The AI doesn't become aggroed until you're within a few meters of them if your crouch walking but will shoot you in the head from 400m if they hear a single round being fired.

Thanks for showing a “outside of the box” solution to completing hard tasks solo and as long as you don’t die and can place the item in a secure box you might as well die and respawn at base THEN kit up again lol

You know there is something wrong with the balancing of the game when it's suppose to be easier with guns then without, clearly this is the wrong way around currently when it's easier with a knife then guns
lol true but also its because how the AI act when aggro. They take a bit to go from aggro to shooting you. WHich if you are running, for some reason it seems harder for them to lock onto you.

I've used similar tactics for quite a few of the fetch a thing missions, just run in with your knife, yoink the item in your secure storage and go wave hello to the nearest AI for fast transport back to base 🤣.
When Hotfix 5 was released and people were having issues I hopped on to a random heli with just a knife for a test, ended up at Fort Narith and decided to try YOLO run to the barracks since I hadn't finished More the Merrier and indeed managed to run past all the guards and find the folder, then managed to run and pickup the medical records before finally dying halfway to the HQ 🤣.

Did UNLRA on my first try and forgot to make room for the UNLRA file. Did it again and actually got back out on a chopper to base to see if it could be done.
Tip: If you do not make it on your first try, change servers because the AI will be on high alert. Thanks for the tip.

@@SiNisterFPS Ok, just went back and did the Baked/Narcotics run using your method. First try got gunned down. Switched servers and got it done. Then made it back and out on the chopper. This is way more fun than slugging it out with AI.
Of course my luck, I always get that one AI blocking the doorway to the tent with this AK in my face.... Buy hey, 3rd time was the charm. Thanks for the guide!

I’m so glad I saw your comment last night, that try which turned this into more ideas of testing this morning. Went to bed, had like 4 hours sleep and was testing the other routes 🤣
Did you do Lost girl? Just curious because the first two you showed went without a hitch. Lost girl is proving to be way more difficult. After I jump the wall near the restaurant, I can see several AI between me and the motel. 3 deaths so far and no luck with lost girl.
Yes I did, I jump over to the house on the right of where I showed you eventually and went through the house, then across to the houses to use cover to eventually get to the room
If you click on the marks on that map it shows and tells you where it is
I was crouching in the road in Ban Pa and an AI walked out in front of me and walked away. I had to check my map to make sure that he wasn't a friendly before I shot him in the back. I wonder how much the crouching makes you less noticeable?
I agree, I was at an airport a while ago and got through the whole thing undetected thanks to crouching. A few bullets were all it took and the location was cleared
It lowers aggro range a lot but also it makes you more of a risk of getting headshot since they seem to aim like body and notice I get headshot more when I crouch
it can see you 2km if you are prone
@@ranacreed7671 I was prone out in a corn field once and was terminated by AI. Took me forever to find my body when I went back.
You don’t have to jump the wall you can crouch walk along the outside and then go into the UNLRA area instead
I got 8 of us together last night and we spent a few hours fighting everyone for that box of passports\drugs w/e in the mall. I kid you not, the moment I set foot outside again the game crashed an now the mission is completely bugged out for Turncoat. I could still give it to Banshee but I'm not getting missions for Turncoat anymore an he's only 2 missions from level 3. 😭😭
P.s Don't tell the lads I could of solo yolo'd it.

I tried this the other day and got killed by a guy with a shotgun glitched in the stairs. Had no idea he was there, but he could shoot through.

Excellent planning to get to the objective. It all goes to sh!t when you promote running in & dying to complete the objective.
The whole point is infiltration & extraction. Only then have you completed the objective successfully.
Picking the low fruit will always give you the runs, mate.

I have been doing those naked-only-knife runs many times when I wanted to test graphic settings and frames. There is something weird what happened a lot of times to me. Last night I went over to blue lagoon with my knife because it is a long flight. I was able to do the first mission there (find some documents for Artisan I think) with this solo-yolo. The weird thing is, there were at least 10 AI shooting at me and hitting me multiple times. I had no armor at all and I did not die by a one-tap but I bleed to death. When you have protection and helmets AI will one-tap you but when you are naked you bleed to death??? This happend a lot of times in other POI´s as well to me. Somehow this is weird.

@@SiNisterFPS Either armor calculations/hitboxes are not adjusted yet or AI is aiming for deadly shots when having armor.
U should use some Stim to max. ure time ure able to run. And also use some painkillers before the run part. If u get hit it wont slow u down ;)
I would use the stims but have not unlocked them yet
@@SiNisterFPS just an FYI you can't buy the Infinite Stamina stims (Stryche) They are found only in the medical crates/bags in high level areas, such as the tiger bay medical section.
The biggest issue for me is the random ai that shoots me through a bush
Yep, this is why for me I resulted to this. I could very well shoot my way through but the amount of time you waste to then just get shot by something which isn't in your control is annoying as hell. I think once they fix the AI, it will be better but for now its YOLO lol
@@SiNisterFPS there are so many delusional people who really think AI shooting you trough bushes and Spot you easily trough bushes makes the game more realistic lol. Realsim should go both ways in my book you dont see AI trough bushes and so should they. You can make the game hard by maybe making the AI very smart? You dont make a game hard by making it unfair thats stupid
I'm seriously struggling with Lost Girl even with this method
May need to result in using gear for it instead, use the house next to the wall you come to and bait them into the house to clear area

My first try at Tiger Bay I was 100hrs deep. 😅
This place isn’t fun, the only way i can describe is being unarmed in a 10ft x 10ft room against 10 armed SAS 😂. I have to say this atm has me beaten

That’s a something on your end then, I can’t block certain people from watching the video. I can only block people from commenting etc
every place is easy in solo if we have no money/weapons goto echo 2 saw mill sneak into building backdoor pick the gun -> alert ai kill them loot them then goto ybl kill them upgrade the weapon goto fort narith kill them loot them then goto midnight loot safe finally tiger bay solo and easy
Then my game crashes & I lose my shiny load out.

I'm thinking about coming back and TRYING Grey Zone Warfare again? Like I said before I have gear fear, especially when I DIE and loose ALL of my good gear, like 3 of my 4 assault rifles! I have lost A LOT OF STUFF! However, I thought "I can get all of my original stuff buck by doing a "Game Reset", right??
How are you doing brother. How old is your little boy? Like 5 or 6 years old?
@lacyron no worries man, yeah give it a shot. You can also do LFG if you reset and choose Lamang as there is an awesome discord which is literally just for Lamang and has many people on there.
