Will automatic packing of UVs for multiple unwrapped subtools be a feature you plan to introduce in the sort future?. I mean we can do all the work before in Zbrush but just for this step i need to export the FBX and do that in other software.
So many years and zbrush owners still havent found solution for uvs editing
Was expecting an update like Polygroup by UDIMS, Retopo process like quadraw in maya, Texturing based on pixels like in substance etc., could be great.
Rot subscription
Slice to separate and the two points for posing are badass
Most of these "new features" seem oddly familiar ngl. zbrush 2016-2021 gave juice every release, now it's just water.
#AskZbrush I want to import an FBX model to Zbrush and KEEP the UVs.
Is there a way to do that? When I try to import the UVs are gone, and I only see the Texture and NM.
(I just want to make some minor changes in color and then export the Texture Maps and still use the same UV)
Make a slice tool that doesn't crash whenever you use it.
Yeah crazy that is still unfixed....
How about fixing what's already there. Program is becoming more unstable. surface noise maker tool thing has a bunch of parameters that have never worked (offset, tiling, etc.) Stop screwing pewrpetual license owners. When was your last update?
DO NOT support subscription only service
Oh wow, there is no new features again this year for ZBrush. And at this time C4D got Pyro system, new simulations and improved nodes.
These features are fairly nice... However I'd ask Maxon to focus on working on more "boring updates". Those that are not as flashy but fix a lot of production level problems. Scaling issue, Painting in layers, iron out sculpting glitches in layers, proper multi UDIM workflow to name a few
@xanzula In 2021, Pablo Dobarro, the lead developer for everything sculpting in Blender, proposed a new set of tools for sculpting in Blender, hoping to solve the polygon count limitation of Blender, the Blender Institute refused, so Pablo went to greener pastures!
As for your personal attack, my actual job is in 3D, although I prefer 2D, and the fact remains, nothing but cartoony work done in Blender, even the big Blender sculpting names, like YanSculpts, Danny Mac 3D, FlyCat, and the likes, only do cartoony sculpts in Blender, while the art on ZB Central is on a completely other level with incredibly realistic pieces!
Liked anchors brush
Udims, improved uv system, better painting with layers and rgb blending options, improved cameras, ai integration, better hair plugins, cloth system, improved curves, better retopology tools? no? with blender growing like a freaking gremlin poured in to water before 12? no? for real? just a few new brushes..... amazing guys really amazing... looks like maxon wants zbrush to die otherwise i'm not getting what's happening here
Show me anything sculpted in Blender that is even close to some of the art on ZBrush Central!
dude I use blender but it can in no way compete with zbrush when it comes to sculpting. Blender struggles with anything over a few million polys, zbrush deals with 100M+ poly sculpts like its nothing
we dont want or need ai integration.
@@gcharb2dbro is a zbrush amnassador
@@TK-xi4vn And who said otherwise?, I use zbrush and i used it for more than 12 years, the thing is that if the only thing Zbrush brings to table is that allows to work with 100 millions polygons lots of us will be disappointed when hardware and software improves on blender break that barrier, and then what? zbrush NEED TO step up the game and maxon seems to be not aware of that
개발자가 한명이냐 ?어디서 스크립트만 주어와서 버젼 업하고 하고 있네 . 이런 시간 단축용 만들지 말고 전 버젼에서 할 수 없던 기능을 넣어야지. 능력이 없냐?? Maxon!!
maxon blows
how about you give zbrushcore some love you knits
Subscription only software? and "new features" that don't innovate? No Thanks Maxon Goodbye Zbrush
The new transpose and slice into part is a welcomed upgrade!
The new transpose looks awesome!
Slice into parts is something amazing because on last version we can only slice and the other part is deleted, let's Rip apart like Raiden >D
Thanks Maxon
Seems a bit underwhelming tbh
Wow new transpose look awesome
zbrush 2024.0.1 ,Bug issue:most of the curve brush no longer snap to the surface
VR support when?
Modo and Substance did long ago....:)
i guess i will never get rid of my 2021 zbrush! nothing of these updates are exitings :D
Wow Zbrush is still boury on MacOS - this is a known issue also on your side since you commented that already somewhere elese. Now with this new version this must have been fixed, but it's not. Zbrush is blurry on a 5k Studio Display in 2024. thank you.
Blurry*
I have pirated Zbrush and don't feel any guilt for it, subscription is cancer. Also, they screwed up the curve functionality in the 2024 version.
Great update ❤ subscription only heartbreaking 💔
Pirate it.
RIP
Can you get rid of its biggest feature - Maxon?
Yesssss
Quality of life update 👍
Nice
where is the new features? :D
Underwhelming just like anything Maxon touches.
I just spend 100$ and got all the features in blender....... just saying
All stroke types for IMM. That is so useful ! along with Slice to Seperate feature
Hell yeah!
sick!
You don’t buy cider you rent it.
zbrush coming to ipad next year is still a win for me
Waaaa brutal kool
ii like patric4d 's art🥰
DO NOT support Maxon greed.
Song? 👀
No thanks
Lmao, pixologic was very generous with perpetuals but at the cost of declining profits. I can understand the decision to sell out. This move only hurts the individual not working in a studio. If you are just a hobbyist just pirate. If you are working indie then just pay for the duration of the project.
im legit so pissed i Just saved up to buy it and then two days later the perpetual is off the site.. wow..
bullshit they did well for decades, but they could offer a yearly at 60% cost like most do.....Subs are a way to nickel and dime the little guy... Like STEAM they rape us with 30% , and paying for each piece of software and then selling our games at 20-30$ sorry we need to make money as welll....OR STEAM gamers throw hissy fits.......if we raise our prices as it is, the little guy, cant make a profit, with smaller companies and games...SO don't tell me about profit.....
@@RuneQueen Pirate it.
That was a very corporate kind of video...
Ctrl+Z does not work
great work yall!
Thanks for these awesome new features ,Maxon!
so excited about this!
I hope that someday you can render things in ZBrush like in Nomad Sculpt
you can do bpr at least
@@k.r6715 yeah this is not really good lol
Redshift available in ZBrush since last year, not so intuitive to use though.
@@hollyc5417 check out other render engines and say it again.. zbrush is very limited and not like nomad sculpt please learn to read
So cool!!!
If only zbrush didn’t look like it was designed by aliens. I’ve attempted to learn it several times, but stopped every time. Now I just use blender. Not as good as zbrush, but it’s good enough.
Then you are doomed to cartoony sculptures, like everyone else using Blender, as for the ZB interface, it is different, but not complicated, like everything else you only need to get used to it!
@@gcharb2d I was the same way. I would actually get furious about it. Once I let it go and learned the "Zbrush way," it's amazing how used to it I am now and how productive I am. Now if they changed it, it would be more of a headache. :)
I’m disappointed in you pixologic
ZBrush has no affordable competition. 900 dollars is totally asinine. And the scaling is p-poor.
3d coat is affordable competition....
Is there a AI feature creating automatic sculpt by writing a sentence yet ?
nada novo
Subtool palette still can't be docked separately in the UI.
Still trash updates. Overhaul the UI if you want me to upgrade, Maxon.
Gatekeeping Zbrush at this exact point in time when Blender is gaining traction isn't a wise move. You should be opening the software up, not closing it down.
Release Zbrush for free and open your own proper in app purchase store for plugins brushes etc and take a cut. You'll make more money than you currently do and the core software stays relevant and no one ever has need to go in search of competition.
