I’m 36 and have LS/BXO on the glans. I got circumcised and now am using bio-oil twice a day and this is making a huge difference for me. Sharing this in case other men are watching this :)

I stopped using steroid ointments an Proptopic too! It caused more damage than good. I use coconut oil and I made an ointment of beeswax, coconutoil and olive oil. It works great. I also always had gut problems. They got better once I started taking probiotics. I use them for many years now. I have started with not eating dairy and gluten/carbs. Thank you for your story. It empowers me to keep searching.

I start with melting beeswax. Than I add som coconut oil. Than I let it cool off. It will be too firm too use on your akin. So, I keep adding and stirring olive oil untill it has the right smoothness so that it feels like an ointment.

I’ve been so depressed the last few years thinking there’s no way I can have a child because I’ll tear. I want to have a freebirth so badly. I’ve done so much research and not found anyone that’s had a vaginal birth with LS let alone not torn. You’ve given me hope that a freebirth may be possible. Thank you so much! I’m reading Ginny Chandoha’s book right now. I feel like things may finally be getting better. Thank you!

We don't use astroid lotion, but cortisone lotion.
To all the people that say doctor don't talk about food... they do. At least all mine different doctors did. And they also said that for MY body, I need SOME sugar, some salt, and some fat, too... Lemons are good for me, but not oranges. Hot olive oil is not good for me. Better cook with the special butter and use olive oil only cold. Every body is a little different, it is good to know that so that everyone can find the cure that suits that body.

Idk if I have this but I always had an itchy vagina. I suffered from frequent bv and I was always sensitive to Always pads as a 12 year old which caused sores and itchiness and my period blood make it worse. I just noticed in the last 5 months that the left side of my clitorios has lost most of it's color and I'm a brown person. I don't look down there much but today I noticed it got worse and I'm coming off my period and noticed today an open sore after wearing adult diapers. It seems to be linked to pads or my period but probably food as well as I have eczema and can't tolerate many foods even fruits. I don't even have sex and haven't for years and I'm a little older than you and have never heard of this illness until maybe 3 months but I haven't gone to the doctor. I'm just stressed.

Thank you for sharing 💗 I am not a Dr, and would imagine my opinion may differ from many health providers. I personally have come to believe the gene associated with LS can be activated or unactivated/ turned off, based on emotion or physical conditions such as trauma, stress or diet. I believe maintaining a healthy balance unique to each individual can ultimately turn LS off and remain unactivated. I hope that may be helpful 💗
