    Fun fact, traditional gelatin is made from animal parts, mostly skin and bones of pigs and cattle. Apparently a lot of people don't know about this. Pero meron na rin gelatin called agar that's extracted from seaweed. Ayon lang naman. The more you know.

    Taho panna cotta na yan technically. Pag gumawa pa silken tokwa form scratch hays. You’ll need to get gypsum somehow to coagulate the soy milk into tofu. Don’t know if you can get that easily.

    naparami siguro yung gelatin mo. tried this one before and the less gelatin you put, the smother and softer it gets.

    ninong separation yan ng soy protein at water since gelatin ang gamit mo nag bind parin sila like sa mga typical na gelatin which parehas silang nabubuo unlike kapag ang coagulant mo ay gypsum/calcium sulfate ang mabubuo lang e yung protein then yung water hihiwalay yan mapupunta sa ibabaw ng taho kaya pansin nyo yung magtataho tapon ng tapon ng tubig sa taho nya.

    Humihiwalay po yung gulaman sa milk if masyado pang mainit yung mixture. If medyo nagcooldown na halo po ulit until pa set na. Other option is the usual coagulant (calcium sulfate 1/2tsp + cornstarch 1/2 tsp : 1L soymilk). Sobrang technique sensitve po pag gawa ng taho especially sa timing.

    Ninong gumawa rin ako ng ganyan nung nagstrict lockdown. Namiss ko kasi yung taho every morning. 1st trial ko ganyan rin consistency. 2nd trial ko, 1L soy milk:1/2 pack of gulaman yung magandang ratio. Soft taho na sya. ❤😘

    Ninong Ry ang tatay ko po is taho vendor, and may kinukuhaan po kaming taho(factory po ba tawag sa ganun). Nakikita ko po na after po nila masala or ma strain yung soya beans ang nilalagay po nila ay hindi gelatin kundi casava flour and yung tinatawag po nilang gamot(diko lang po alam yung pinakatawag tawag po Kasi nila gamot)
