Top video gents. Always reassuring to see the top anglers struggling like we all do! Always appreciate the honest story.

Thanks, it’s not always straight forward 😄 even more rewarding when it does happen though 🎣

Top video, I'm just an average carp angler but I'm really into my rigs and how effective they are, that d rig is 100% more effective with a loop at the other end. With an anti tangle sleeve on a lead clip it restricts the hook dropping down unless the hooklink is really long!!

Thanks Darryl, rigs can be great to play around with. And we all have our preferences which always makes it interesting 😊

Do you think all rigs are more effective on a lead clip system? I only use a heli setup now if I really have to. I think the fish get away with it a lot more on heli setups. I started using bigger leads on a lead clip and hand sharpened hooks last year and had my best season ever.

@@WA.anglera lead clip set up is generally more effective at hooking than a heli yes, that said an inline is the best from what we’ve seen. It’s not always possible to use an inline though. So a lead clip is probably the best all rounder 👌

Idk, I only fish small venues as usually nobody else is there. They all follow you lot to the well known places.
Sometimes the small ones are easy, sometimes they are a headache.

Do you know what kind of air stone system that is.
Maybe I need one for my own pond.

Moody is the word I use for small lakes the fish are a lot more sensitive to noise etc
