This is hands down the top instructor on basketball skills on youtube. I've been incorporating his tips all summer long playing pick up games at the park. The one on one games have become so much easier knowing how to attack using angles and getting the defenders off balance.

i always watching coach phil during their training great Coach and teacher.
When teaching these drills I have my kids practice the Icky Shuffle. It teaches them to keep their hips open while moving lateral. Also it allows them to feel the movements while being on the balls of their feet and constantly being ready to change direction.
Ur drills gives me a hope that I could still be good at basketball THANKS SO MUCH.
