What is the point of blurring out an important part of the machining operation?
I've noticed that too. Maybe the machining operation has some sort of company brand that needed to blur it out to avoid copyright or unauthorized promotion or something

trade secrets. these machines are custom made for or by the company, they dont want other companies to copy their tooling.

I use that style of nippers all my life. Those look like really good quality. I would be happy to use one of those exact nippers.

一般線材の切断用にKEIBAのニッパーを使用してます、切れ味は最高です！現在も定期的にまとめて購入してます。
以前、使用範囲のわからない作業者に貸したらピアノ線を切ったようで
さすがにNGでしたがニッパーから細線用ストリッパーに変身して使用出来ました。(笑)
このトラブルのためピアノ線、タングステンが切れる１万円超えの高価な超硬ニッパーを他社から購入したことが有りますが
使い方を誤ったようで購入後、数か月で破損しました・・・何でも切れると勘違いしたようです。

Blurred because it's a trade secret. More specifically, the pneumatic vices and holders are carefully blurred, nothing special. Everything else is more or less distinct.

Looks like they know the value of skilled humans doing certain tasks, the custom tuning of each nipper is something no computer can do. Those people take their work seriously, something others should learn from.
Agreed. That manual ‘angle’ adjustment the company has workers doing is wild. I was appreciating the level of craftsmanship that probably has gone into that part in particular

what is the name of the nippers. I would like to buy a pair. most you find in US are not good and wont cut good . these look like a grate pair to have. I am looking for a pair that will cut small finish nails i do a lot of wood work.

The Japanese are world renowned for thier hands on in tool making .. but in this case western industries are superior in that cost per unit is cheaper and of equal or better quality due to the use of computers and automation.
