Hi Sabina, Awesome, teary reaction once again, about two years ago one guy reacted to this following a bad breakup and he was literally sobbing all through the song. On a lighter note Dimash sang this (as usual)at one of his recent Arnau concerts and at that quiet instrumental part the audience carried on singing and he put his finger to his lips saying "shhh, this is quiet part" then when he came back in again I thought I dont remember this, until Dimash said "I've forgotten my lyrics ... doesnt matter !! " then he got straight back into the difficult part, it was a funny and a very humbling moment. 👌👌👌😃😃💕

Love this version, it’s a good one at his concerts as he seems to like to have a bit of a joke over the big notes and he forgot the lyrics at the NY concert which was also funny 😂

Dear Sabina, as many times as I have heard his songs I still cry a LOT including this one but I don't mind at all when Dimash makes me cry. As women we need to cry anyway to release stress and crying listening to him is a great way.

Absolutely stunning! I know this song well, for many years and many versions. What a finish!! I love the anticipation of any Dimash song and this was no different. Me too. I can't wait to see him live. Almost 9 more moths left to wait 😅. I'm so excited about the atmosphere at the concert too. I'm a very sensitive being, so the olphactoric impact of thousands of other enthusiastic Dears could be a little bit overwelming. I don't mean that other people will start to stink, but hormons are a very strong kind of nonverbal communication which nowadays many of us aren't aware anymore. Dopant molecules have always an immediate effect on our emotional centre, especially for me. So in combination with all the music and with Dimash's voice, which kicks me out of my boots regularly, I'm sure it will be the absolutely unforgettable overkill 🤩🍐😍😭🤪🤯💥🤩❤🌶.

I will be going to Prag on 26 March and believe it or not, I am 65-year old music (and Dimash-)fanatic and there is hardly anything that could wipe me off me feet than another postponement due to corona. Dear ladies,
I will fly to Düsseldorf for the concert, although I like Prague more as a city, but the Prague concert will take place on my husband's birthday - so, no chance. It would have been nice to meet more Dears, which you know from RUclips.
I am almost 50 years old now and usually listen to rock and metal and music from the 80's, because I grew up with it (by the way, I first came across Tengri through the Mongolian metal band the HU and then ran into Dimash through Tengri).
Normally I avoid everything that goes in the direction of musicals, folklore, schlager or jazz. Also opera is rather not mine. And yet I sit at (almost) every one of Dimash's songs, which very often, even if fluently, move in exactly these genres and my heart opens and melts. It's amazing what his music does to me. I have the urgent need to listen very carefully to his voice.
There is this feeling of hearing something you never knew you had missed all your life and now suddenly find it. With his performances he manages to make a string vibrate in me that I probably never had before. It doesn't matter which language he uses, you understand him. He is highly addictive. Since I discovered him, I need my daily dose for my well-being. I don't want to miss him anymore.
Let's keep our fingers crossed for the plannend concerts. May the Force be with all of us!

Of all the versions and renditions of All By Myself by Dimash, I like the Singer performance the most. Yes, after performing Uptown Funk, I believe Dimash was very upset by the judges ranking, but being Dimash, he came back strong.

Hello Sabina. The first time I heard it, I didn't like it very much. I think because I was stuck in the original version of this song, which was part of my adolescence, and it moved me deeply. There's a bit of a gap between Dimash's demeanor and what the song's lyrics require. He's too *happy.* (He made the same error at the end of his Singer performance of 'SOS,' where he couldn't prevent a smirk before singing the final closing line.) He *was* visibly enjoying himself, but that subtracts from the song's mood.
But like 'SOS,' it's one of the songs I would use to introduce Dimash to a person who hasn't heard of him. It's a fantastic display of vocal creativity and flexibility. The arrangement is beautiful, and the instrumental break before planet-destroying death star rays come out of his mouth during the climax is perfect.
Dimash has gotten better since 2017 at staying in character, of wearing the song like a tight-fitting suit, conveying its emotions and saving his smiles for after the song is completed. Unless a happy mood is called for by the song; he does that well, too.
But the earlier performances from the Singer show are still very worthwhile. We are seeing a musical genius take his first steps from being a regional star to a world-wide one. By that point in his life, competitions and shows were nothing new to this young man, but this show is where he took the next step - and came into the lives of people all around the world.
I think, a century or two from now, musicologists will still be mining these Singer shows and writing pedantic papers about what Dimash represented in 21st Century music. They will criticize, but they will share the awe that we feel today, too. They won't be able to avoid it.

What it was, exactly, they were supposed to have told us, nobody will know, but we can be fairly sure it was an exaggeration.
He did it more recently too though, when performing "SOS" at Arnau NY last December - throughout the first part, he just couldn't stop himself from smiling! Not that I'm complaining, mind you - after all, our Di has just the cutest smile ever!🤗

This performance is valued very high, and it gave Dimash some prize in some all Asian competition later in the year 2017, however it was not classified on the first place in this round of " I am singer", as I told you it was a hard competition and other Chinese songs were also valued high!

when i hear this song i think nothing could be better from him... and then i hear the other songs (again and again) and i know - every song he sang so perfect is ingenious. like "love is like a dream" - it's a damn masterpiece. sometimes, not every tone sounds perfect to me - it's perfect done, but some high notes sound disharmonic in my ears. i mean the screaming parts mostly... but especially the transitions from deep to high - the rise and the way he build up the songs - it's incredible. just unique in this world... there are some high class singers here, but no one is varied like him!
