    Hello Bhaiya ! I will be joining MIT Manipal this year but I had a query regarding the exam schedule. Will there be any exams in November ( 1st sem ) because I will have to take leave in November end. So please tell me if there are any exams in 1st sem November.
    Moreover please throw some light on the placements of civil engineering in MIT Manipal. I’ve got 12K rank in MET but I’m really passionate about civil engineering. So will MIT Manipal be a good place for doing civil.

      Hello Aaradhya! Congratulations on joining MIT Manipal. Regarding your query about the exam schedule, typically the first semester exams at MIT Manipal are held towards the end of November or early December. It would be best to check the official academic calendar or contact the academic office for the precise dates to plan your leave accordingly.
      As for placements in civil engineering at MIT Manipal, the institute has a good placement record with many reputed companies visiting the campus. Students often get opportunities in both core civil engineering roles and interdisciplinary positions. With your passion for civil engineering and a good rank in MET, you should find MIT Manipal to be a great place for your studies and future career.
      Best of luck with your studies!

    Mit manipal ece vs mit banglore cse core

    • @sachind16
      @sachind16  3 дня назад

      Hi Vedant, I’m not entirely familiar with the comparison between MIT Manipal ECE and MIT Bangalore CSE core, but both are well-regarded programs. It really depends on your interests-ECE will have more focus on electronics and communication, while CSE core is all about computer science and software development. I recommend considering what aligns best with your passion and career goals. 😊

    hey bro! most probably will join manipal this year! I wanted to ask about the college's global reputation if I wanted to go for ms programmes in top universities in the future , any idea how the college is perceived? I am already excited with the kind of freedom college gives u in exploring your interest but havent got an idea about its reputation generally and globally , people I tend to ask say more about how its considered to be a party hub and all , which I dont care and I think it would be a more accurate description from an mitian himself :)

      Hey! That's great to hear you're considering Manipal. As a student here, I can tell you that MIT Manipal has a solid global reputation, particularly in engineering and technology. Many alumni have gone on to pursue MS programs at top universities worldwide. The college provides a lot of freedom to explore your interests, which is a big plus. • @sachind16
      @sachind16  6 месяцев назад +1

      Based on its reputation, quality of education, internship and placement opportunities, infrastructure, and alumni network, joining Manipal University for civil engineering could indeed be worth it. However, it's crucial to thoroughly research and evaluate these factors to ensure they align with your career aspirations and personal preferences.

    Bhaiya ....if I'm getting CSE in both Rvce and manipal college...which one would be better ???.placement and college life wise???

    • @sachind16
      @sachind16  6 месяцев назад +2

      Choosing between Rvce (R.V. College of Engineering) and Manipal for CSE can depend on various factors. Generally, R.V. College of Engineering is known for its strong engineering programs and industry connections in Bangalore, a tech hub. This could lead to good placement opportunities. Manipal also has a reputable engineering program with good infrastructure and diverse extracurricular activities contributing to vibrant college life.
      For placements, it's essential to look at the most recent placement statistics for CSE at both colleges, including average and highest packages, as well as the companies that recruit from there. In terms of college life, I can't talk about Rvce much because I have not gone there nor do I know anyone who is studying there so I can't say anything about that but college life at Manipal is amazing. Manipal gives equal importance to academics and extracurricular activities. The college Fests and Events are amazing.
      Ultimately, the decision could also be influenced by location preferences, fee structure, campus facilities, and your long-term career goals. I would suggest you talk to any of the alumnies from RVCE asking them about campus life. I am sorry that the reply is so long and might be boring; this is my honest opinion. Whatever decision you take you should make it after a thorough research because this College is somewhere you will be spending the next 4+ years so do more research, ask more people, and get more opinions. It's important to consider which environment aligns better with your learning style and where you believe you'll thrive.

    Hello bhaiya, what's the min cgpa required for branch change in mit manipal and also what's the percentage of students chnaging heir branch after first yr??

    • @yashbe4real
      @yashbe4real 4 месяца назад +2

      9.0+

    • @sachind16
      @sachind16  4 месяца назад

      To answer the first question about the minimum CGPA required for a branch change at MIT Manipal, it typically requires maintaining a high CGPA, often around 9.0 or above, though the exact requirement can vary by year and department. It's advisable to aim for the highest CGPA possible to increase the likelihood of successfully changing branches, as this process is competitive and depends on the availability of slots in the desired branch. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, contacting the academic office at MIT Manipal directly would be best.

    Bro whats the safe score to get mech at manipal? Is 80 marks enough

    • @sachind16
      @sachind16  6 месяцев назад

      I'd say that Rank is more important than score. There are a lot of factors which determines your rank like your Met score, exam difficulty, number of people appeared and many such factors. I asked a friend who is in Mech and he said if you have rank around 17,000 or lesser then that would guarantee a seat for you. I would definitely suggest you to research it a little more .

      There's not that much of an issue with that yet. I would say that there are an equal or maybe slightly more number of North Indian students. Everyone knows English, so we can all communicate with that but at the same time I have also noticed that some people just prefer to speak in Hindi.

    Hi brother please tell about btech cse( lateral entry) admission process for diploma students
    Please reply brother

    • @sachind16
      @sachind16  6 месяцев назад

      I am so sorry brother for the late reply, I got caught up with something and I had to ask around about this.
      For diploma students interested in joining the B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) program at Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) through lateral entry, here's a comprehensive breakdown of what you need to know:
      ### Admission Eligibility:
      - **Diploma Holders:** Must possess a 3-year diploma in engineering or an equivalent degree. The diploma should be in an engineering stream relevant to the B.Tech specialization you are interested in.
      Both diploma holders and B.Sc graduates should have secured at least 45% marks or equivalent in their qualifying exam .
      ### Admission Process:
      1. **Application Submission:** Begin by applying online on the official website of the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). You'll need to fill out the application form with your details and academic background.
      2. **Entrance Test (MET):** After applying, you must appear for the Manipal Entrance Test (MET), conducted by MAHE. The MET score is a crucial factor in the admission process.
      3. **Counselling and Admission:** Based on your MET score, you may be shortlisted for counselling. The final step involves document verification and payment of the admission fee to confirm your place in the program.
      4. **Application Fee:** The application process also involves paying an application fee of Rs. 600.
      Lateral entry into the B.Tech program allows diploma holders and B.Sc graduates to directly enter the second year (third semester), acknowledging their prior learning and experience in related fields.

    Hii, what's the safe score to get cse in mit manipal?

    • @sachind16
      @sachind16  7 месяцев назад +1

      Hi, I would say that the MET rank is more important than the MET score. The previous year's cutoff was around 500/600 for the CS core. Rank depends on various factors like the difficulty of the exam, the number of people attending the exam and many such factors.
      All the best☺👍
