I have 2 questions
1) What date should you put? The day of Biometric or the day the courier guy comes to pick your passport up?
2) If someone biometric was in a different city from their home city, what should they enter in 'Signed at' section?

Well I know I am too late but you should write your city name in "signed at" ... and I don't know about date... if you are doing it by your self then ask someone who is already in the another country and if u r doing it with ur agent then ask them....

But after that, I did everything, filling out my webform, my medical. In short everything, except biometric appointment. So do I need to fill the information on 3rd page, as I will be submitting my passport myself only?

Edit:- I also have a doubt that at the time of filling my webform, in the "address 1" column, I put my registered address as that on my passport. But in the "address 2" column, I filled my near by popular place (KR MANGLAM school in my case). But in my passport or anywhere in my official documents, it isn't given. I put that as a Landmark. So did I make a mistake. If so, what can be the consequences? I am asking you non of friends knows the answer. So I hope you don't mind me asking.🙂🙂

Hey bro in that case, you should write the address mentioned on your passport on the consent form, however fill out the pick up address on the courier form where you'd want your passport to be collected ( and Same on the webform)

Oh yes that’s incase you use an agent to submit ur passport; it’s not related to courier guy so you can leave it blank
Sir ,my Home address and pick up address for passport are two different addresses. I wana make sure In the consent form I will fill my home address and in courier form pick up address for passport And here I have a question that when I am signing both forms do I need to mention two different cities for ( signed at )place .
Hey in the signing place, you only mention the city where you are currently , for the address, in the consent form enter the address as in ur passport and in the sms form, you can enter ur pick up address ( can be different than ur passport address)

Hi Luv thank you for the great video. Had a doubt regarding the last page of consent form, as my agent told me to leave it blank but many suggest to fill it if you have completed your biometrics.

Scenario for renewing the visitor visa - The biometrics are already valid so which section should be signed on page 3 of consent form? can i fill 'applicants not wishing to fill biometrics'? as it is already valid.
For travel stamping, do you have to pay any fee? And do you have to send pre paid label for the vfs to send you your passport back?
No need to pay any other fees!! And all you have to do is prepare the parcel for pick up, rest everything will be taken care by VFS

Do I need to prepare consent form for my minor kids? Should I sign to their consent form as a parent or leave it blank? And I have to prepare separate parcel for their passports? Or I have to put all passports alongwith all the relevant documents in a single parcel or courier boy will assist me what to do?

1. Hello, we have received our ready for visa mail and it is mentioned in it that all family’s documents must be sent in a single package. But me and my wife have got different reference numbers after raising the two way courier forms. So I guess we will get separate awb. So do we have to send single package or two separate packages?
2. We have received the consent form after raising the web from for passport submission. Do we need to wait for another mail after payment? Because we haven’t got any sms form
Hey no if the email specifies that it needs to be sent in the single package then you’ll get only 1 awb number and send it in 1 package only

Thank you for your kind response! You should enter the name as its written in the passport. If your passport don't have your last name too, then you can just leave the last name row empty. There won't be any problem.

hi, the online web form doesn't proceed without the last name. so, I put my first name in both columns.
now in the courier form should I put my last name or leave it blank? because the ppr does not have any last name. only the first name!!

Once you get the awb number and get a pick up date, they come in 1-2 days to pick it up

You can either leave it empty or fill yes in it , both will work

- consent form

Now that I am filling the SMS/Courier form should I give the pick up address or should it be my address as in passport? Hi, I think in that case you will need to contact the blue dart service centre nearest to your place once your payment is done and can tell them about your situation that you would be submitting and collecting your passport from their office Also, you will then fill out their address in the 3rd question of sms/courier form. You can even call VFS Global at 022-68539025 (this is the passport queries number) and call them early regarding the same and they'll give you a solution as well.

Yes, it clearly says in IRCC and VFS's communication that you need separate packages for each member

What happens if courier service is not serviceable in a particular state. for example in Kerala, due to embargo the 2 way courier service is not available. What to do in that case.? If the courier service isn’t serviceable in ur area, then you should provide them with an alternative address ( in a serviceable location) and it could be ur friends place or ur relatives place and they could collect and send ur passport for you !
Secondly , yes it doesn’t mention that consent form is only for 18+ so I would say that you should fill one for your 6 year old too!!

Where to find the courier form, I just fill the webform for 2 way courier service but, I just received link for the consent form not the courier form. The requirement ask me to.submit a courier form.

In the consent form, you'll have to fill the address as mentioned on your passport!! However, on the SMS form, you'll need to fill the pick and drop address where you'd like to get ur passport picked !
One more thing on censent form can we add any email addesss or we have to add that email address which is use for login canada website ?

1. If I am not home (at the given address), but my parents are there either for pickup or for delivery of the passport, will it be a problem? Am I expected to put in my mother's/father's name in the "Indirect Submission" section in the consent form?
2. Regarding what you told at the end of the video, what should I ask the courier guy? Whether he has my address correctly? And how do I check with VFS whether they have my address correctly?

The date and place was written from the vfs itself in consent form when i did the biometrics. So are you sure its should be the date of todays or the date they askd me to fill from vfs which is months ago?
No it should be today’s date as now you’re submitting it along with ur passport

Hi, for the first appointment of biometrics, I filled the entire consent form by hand ( did not print my name) is it acceptable?

Hey, does this form cover the SMS and courier form as well? I am confused, because the link that VFS shared has this form link after "consent form"?
Also, the email that I got from IRCC said to include my photos, as well as all the passports in one single application packet. But the email from VFS said - no photos, and put all passports in different application packet. Which one do I pick?
