    The information in this video is very counter-intuitive. It's about letting go, attuning to life, becoming sensitive aka aware of the arising and passing flow of energy, and letting that guide you.
    Our minds create roadmaps of life. Beliefs about how it should be, what we should be doing, who we are, self-concepts etc.
    This video emphasizes being secure enough within yourself so you can let go of the rigidities that come with all that and truly embrace life.
    Regulating the nervous system is a good place to start for truly understanding this.
    This is where life gets fun and the flow of life becomes a lived reality, not a poetic sounding phrase.
    I have 1-to-1 coaching available for those of you who are serious about learning to trust yourselves and embodying yourself fully. You'll have to find the booking page yourself though because if you're serious about it you'll do that.
    Thanks for the love and support,
    Lucas

    Watching your videos on how life can actually be totally effortless have triggered a paradigm shift in me, I used to think that I HAD to suffer to get anywhere but it feels so silly now. Also I really appreciate the book list. Thanks.

    This is sooooo weird 👀. I was telling myself last week that I can’t quit my 10yr old dream job because I’m not disciplined enough…. Were you there during my meditation 🫣😅😅! After 3 boys and a divorce from the biggest narc to walk the earth, I realized that I’m DOING and not BEING! And my divorce was the BEST thing that ever happened to me as it took my ex-husband to wake up the urge for me to get to know who “I AM”. I had abandoned myself since the age of 5. Now that I’m obsessed with myself 🥰, I just wanna freaking chill and surrender 🤗

    Funny how this popped up as i went to get a snack i went to pick chocolate, had a piece and didn’t enjoy it at all and then thought i would prefer an apple instead. I’m shifting!😂 Been living in my desired state all day, so this just proved to me that I can charge. Because me going for chocolate was just through a habit

    Is it natural for it to seem like the world is punishing you when you start "relaxing" for too long. Or is is some sort of phenomena

    do you mean we shouldnt work hard? I have exams coming up and its kinda boring and bit stressful because I have to prove my teachers wrong would love if you could suggest me something?

    • @lucas_segeren
      @lucas_segeren  Месяц назад +1

      It sounds like 'prove my teachers wrong' is based in extrinsic motivation. It's important to do things out of intrinsic motivation. I'd urge you to really evaluate your actions and the place/motivation they are coming from within you.
