An Evening Ride on the Tide Light Rail in Norfolk, VA

(1-8-20) Tonight, Evan and I take a ride on the Tide light rail in Norfolk, VA. This line is very short, with only 11 stations. We ride from Harbor park to EVMC/Fort Norfolk and then to Newtown road. Eventually, I would like to make a full ride during the day.
