Block prevent the one affected receiving any kind of buff from their allies, the term "some beneficial effect" means that they cannot be healed nor received cr push from allies. Abigail passive still work because the "prevent ally from lethal dmg" is not a buff nor does it count as "beneficial effects"

I know i think we need to use soulburn to make sure it gets both of the debuffs
This happens with Briar too.. immortality effects prevent death first then apply the buff 😅
