Upcycled Picture Frame with Reverse Decoupage and Mirror Effect

I took an old discarded picture frame and made it into a special Christmas decoration. The glass was perfect for reverse decoupage and a mirror effect. I used resin cast appliques and silk sari remnant ribbon with Fabric Hardener to adorn the frame. It all made for an amazing transformation!
