I saw a tik tok that said when you affirmate, instead of saying "I have shifted" or "I am shifting" try saying "I'm in my DR" or "I'm going to wake up in my DR" because you shift all the time so your subconscious thinks shifting like just making decisions

She said they were many things wrong tho (that's because we didnt read our script in a long time) and they were snacks everywhere. Ok so its currently 5 am and I'm sort of freaking out, I just tried shifting for the first time in a while and let me tell you i felt like I was SUPER CLOSE, just doing the basic method of counting to a hundred and every 5 counts you say "I'm shifting" or whatever and on my 3rd time counting to a hundred all the sudden my face feels heavy and then out of NOWHERE everything around me starts to feel super light, the ambiance I was listening to to try to help me visualize my dr was drowning out all the noises coming from my cr room (my fan for example that I left on) I started to shake/twitch and breath heavily and my heart was POUNDING I couldn't calm down so I just kept counting, the ambiance felt and sounded so real I thought I shifted so I opened my eyes and I was still in my cr but I had to calm myself down and omg I came straight here to tell you, even if you think you shifted KEEP GOING until something in the dr wakes you up because idk if theres an actual way to tell unless you open your eyes and that could be risky if youre close but not quite shifted yet!! Next time I'm going to wait as long as possible and try to endure the tiwtches without opening my eyes to see if I fall asleep and wake up in my dr!! Everything felt so real and its given me so much motivation to try again another day now that I'm convinved its %100 possible I'm still really excited and freaked out about it I wish I kept going hskdnskdns Edit: also I find it super interesting all the other noises in my cr were blocked out except for the ambiance, like it was now a part of my dr ?? just wanted to put it out there too that what you believe is usually a lot more important than what you say. this is kinda hard to explain, but if you can’t talk the universe into believing that you know you’ll shift if you actually don’t believe you will. it’s also not a huge deal to say something that’s a bit more negative as long as you don’t believe it or you don’t fully believe it. and if you do, that’s okay! you can work on and start making your inner dialogue a little more positive at a time until you believe it!
I know you might be sad that you haven't done it YET. But imagine how many people are here with you, struggling with the same thing. There's so many people on tiktok constantly saying that they shifted, and that might be discouraging. But believe me when I say that you're helping so many people.

You might be experiencing toxic positivity. Where you try to be positive but then you end up being toxic to yourself. Let yourself express and understand how you feel even if you feel like you’re using negative affs. When you keep ignoring your feelings and emotions by trying to stay positive you end up resenting yourself in the long run.
guys remember , there are no rules to shifting . you create the rules , be patient . work at your own pace , understand that everyone is different . you don ' t need methods , all there is to shifting are three things : affirming , visualizing , and feeling . remember that :) happy shifting !!
Also, when you don’t shift don’t call it a failed attempt, see it as shifting to a different reality where you are closer to shifting to your DR, For example one night you didn’t shift to your DR but you shifted to a reality where you are closer to shifting than the day before
some advice for you is to not force yourself to post two times a week or else you will get burned out. You should post when you feel like posting so you still have motivation!
This might sound mean but I'm glad that you haven't shifted, because me too. And it's kind of inspirational because I always see people around tiktok shifting
something that helped me shift was rather than focusing on the actual shifting process, I just focused on my DR which helped a lot and it also helped me detach from this reality way more. just a tip lol
remember ppl, not shifting bc you're obsessing is a limiting belief. unless you're obsessing over the fact you're not shifting then it's okay to obsess. you do you😃👍
Here’s a tip : make an alarm around 4am or something, (make sure to sleep early) and when your alarm rings wake up, then shift because you will be very tired! :) I shifted by doing this! 😙 ( also do any method you’d like! )

ENZO!! i shifted! so i found a new way to shift (ig thats what you could call it) basically i wrote down and told stories about my dr and what everything was like there. i was very descriptive and believed what i was saying. so after about a week if doing this, one night i went to sleep and woke up in my dr! 111 you can do it enzo! i believe in you.
I think that the reason why most people don't shift is because of subconscious beliefs. So, maybe what you ought to work on before you try shifting is just that, your subconscious beliefs. Your experience will always mirror your subconscious beliefs. You can change said beliefs by playing affirmations while you sleep, listening to subliminals, self hypnosis, just to name a few. Additional tip: Always say affirmations or listen to subliminals in the present tense. For example, I am able to shift realities at any given time, for I am in control.
Advice:Stop thinking about methods before trying to shift it makes your mind think of shifting as hard. Like if your teacher is explaining how to do a certain math problem and she gives you multiple steps to solve the equation you will think it's too time consuming, takes too much work, and it's hard to do. Which will probably cause you to loose motivation and slack off -Person with Ap class burnout
Not sure if you've heard this tip already but I've been told that it's easier to shift to a point in your past for your first time shifting. Since you've already been through that point in your life it would basically be reliving memory. Also, it could be a chance to go back and say what you wanted to say lol

Versus shifting to someplace where you don't really have any memories that you remember living. So since it's easier, you can shift there first and then it's easier to shift overall so you can start shifting to your DR. :)

Hey I have a tip: Through out the day say “I’m shifting” as you are doing different activities or making decisions, because you are actually shifting since we shift every second of the day. Then when you say “I’m shifting” when you are trying to go to the Shallows it could help your subconscious understand that you will shift because you’ve said it before and shifted then Sry if this doesn’t make sense

so I made up a method and I shifted with it soo I call it the double mirror method i don't know if there is a method called that already but anyways you can meditate first if you want but I would recommend it and afterwards you lay down in your bed and start to visualize. visualize that you are looking in a mirror in your c.r and then walk through it now visualize you have walked into a white room with one mirror leading into your c r and another one leading into your dr whenever you are ready start saying affirmations and walk into the mirror leading into your dr bedroom and at this point you should be in your dr (my friend mixed this and the lucid dream method together so you can do that as well) also I am so sorry I suck at explaining 😅

Enzo don’t feel pressured, I’ve shifted and I’ve learned that if you don’t make it a big deal then it will happen. That’s why most people shift on accident. Like a sneeze, if you want to sneeze it doesn’t happen but if you don’t think about it you will sneeze. It’s the same thing as shifting. I hope this helped!!!!! Also I’m early! ENZO I JUST THOUGHT OF SOMETHING- okay soo yk how your having trouble shifting, okay soo, l think it might have to do with your normal everyday energy, since your always tired, not like tired tired but like of yourself, and , that energy is like felt through a screen😂soo what if you do a video on you making a certain day about you. Yk like a little vacation to refresh your self and get rid of those real tired energies that arent allowing you to shift, bc you are doing lots of stuff right, but energy is also a factor igz idk, but yea let's say go shopping, get cool stuff that make you happy for example addition to your room stuff/those fog little lamps that let out those essential oils that help u fall asleep or relax you, . And also have like a healthy day, go work out, take a bath, or long shower, vibe to music while at it, then do some skin care, like idk go out and buy some cool face masks that aren't ganna irrate your face, * do some good research so it wont create any more ance or oils you don't need on your face* then over all just chill, and I feel like just one healthy over all very relaxing day with give you good energy for a whole week, 😌🤚🏼taking care of not only your self but mentally as well is key . Also it would be a very intresting fun video 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓
Some things that helped me shift are -Changing your reality, open your mind to the possibility that you can shift absolutely anywhere but you’re still in control of your DR. This allows you to get over the idea that you can’t shift but maybe the reality you’re attempting to shift to isn’t ready for you yet. Changing my script or dr helped me a lot, I’ve shifted a lot of places and some of them I haven’t even scripted. I find that to start, shifting to somewhere that isn’t made up for you is easiest because then you can let your mind roam free (this is just my experience) -don’t compare your success to other people’s “They’ve shifted but I haven’t”, not only is it a negative affirmation but it also tells your subconscious that you’re not good enough -get in a daily habit of meditating None of these are required but I find that it became easier for me to shift when I started meditating every night even when I wasn’t attempting to shift I hope this helps someone :) you are shifting and stop pressuring yourself to shift, everything happens for a reason and this is just your journey to getting there.

something that might helps is instead of referring to this reality as your current reality try thinking about it as you original reality. because your trying to make your dr your current reality. so when you refer to here as your current reality is disconnects you from you goal (making the shallows your reality) :))
About the affirmations- I saw a post on Amino about saying negative affirmations. Basically it stated to say all your doubts out loud and then just let them go. So you would say “I don’t think I can shift” and then turn it around and say “that won’t hold me back” or something like that. I tried it and it really helped me shift 🕺💃✨ It helped me let go of my doubts about shifting :)

Here’s a tip : make an alarm around 4am or something, (make sure to sleep early) and when your alarm rings wake up, then shift because you will be very tired! :) I shifted by doing this!

so i found a new way to shift (ig thats what you could call it) basically i wrote down and told stories about my dr and what everything was like there. i was very descriptive and believed what i was saying. so after about a week if doing this, one night i went to sleep and woke up in my dr!

I think that the reason why most people don't shift is because of subconscious beliefs. So, maybe what you ought to work on before you try shifting is just that, your subconscious beliefs. Your experience will always mirror your subconscious beliefs. You can change said beliefs by playing affirmations while you sleep, listening to subliminals, self hypnosis, just to name a few.
Additional tip: Always say affirmations or listen to subliminals in the present tense. For example, I am able to shift realities at any given time, for I am in control.

Advice:Stop thinking about methods before trying to shift it makes your mind think of shifting as hard. Like if your teacher is explaining how to do a certain math problem and she gives you multiple steps to solve the equation you will think it's too time consuming, takes too much work, and it's hard to do. Which will probably cause you to loose motivation and slack off -Person with Ap class burnout

Not sure if you've heard this tip already but I've been told that it's easier to shift to a point in your past for your first time shifting. Since you've already been through that point in your life it would basically be reliving memory. Also, it could be a chance to go back and say what you wanted to say lol

@@pxrsha_3351 It's supposedly easier to shift to a memory that you easily remember because you've already lived through it. Versus shifting to someplace where you don't really have any memories that you remember living. So since it's easier, you can shift there first and then it's easier to shift overall so you can start shifting to your DR. :)

Hey I have a tip:
Through out the day say “I’m shifting” as you are doing different activities or making decisions, because you are actually shifting since we shift every second of the day. Then when you say “I’m shifting” when you are trying to go to the Shallows it could help your subconscious understand that you will shift because you’ve said it before and shifted then

so I made up a method and I shifted with it soo I call it the double mirror method i don't know if there is a method called that already but anyways you can meditate first if you want but I would recommend it and afterwards you lay down in your bed and start to visualize. visualize that you are looking in a mirror in your c.r and then walk through it now visualize you have walked into a white room with one mirror leading into your c r and another one leading into your dr whenever you are ready start saying affirmations and walk into the mirror leading into your dr bedroom and at this point you should be in your dr (my friend mixed this and the lucid dream method together so you can do that as well) also I am so sorry I suck at explaining 😅

Enzo don’t feel pressured, I’ve shifted and I’ve learned that if you don’t make it a big deal then it will happen. That’s why most people shift on accident. Like a sneeze, if you want to sneeze it doesn’t happen but if you don’t think about it you will sneeze. It’s the same thing as shifting. I hope this helped!!!!! Also I’m early! ENZO I JUST THOUGHT OF SOMETHING- okay soo yk how your having trouble shifting, okay soo, l think it might have to do with your normal everyday energy, since your always tired, not like tired tired but like of yourself, and , that energy is like felt through a screen😂soo what if you do a video on you making a certain day about you. Yk like a little vacation to refresh your self and get rid of those real tired energies that arent allowing you to shift, bc you are doing lots of stuff right, but energy is also a factor igz idk, but yea let's say go shopping, get cool stuff that make you happy for example addition to your room stuff/those fog little lamps that let out those essential oils that help u fall asleep or relax you, . And also have like a healthy day, go work out, take a bath, or long shower, vibe to music while at it, then do some skin care, like idk go out and buy some cool face masks that aren't ganna irrate your face, * do some good research so it wont create any more ance or oils you don't need on your face* then over all just chill, and I feel like just one healthy over all very relaxing day with give you good energy for a whole week, 😌🤚🏼taking care of not only your self but mentally as well is key . Also it would be a very intresting fun video

Some things that helped me shift are
-Changing your reality, open your mind to the possibility that you can shift absolutely anywhere but you’re still in control of your DR.
This allows you to get over the idea that you can’t shift but maybe the reality you’re attempting to shift to isn’t ready for you yet. Changing my script or dr helped me a lot, I’ve shifted a lot of places and some of them I haven’t even scripted. I find that to start, shifting to somewhere that isn’t made up for you is easiest because then you can let your mind roam free (this is just my experience)
-don’t compare your success to other people’s
“They’ve shifted but I haven’t”, not only is it a negative affirmation but it also tells your subconscious that you’re not good enough
-get in a daily habit of meditating
None of these are required but I find that it became easier for me to shift when I started meditating every night even when I wasn’t attempting to shift
I hope this helps someone :) you are shifting and stop pressuring yourself to shift, everything happens for a reason and this is just your journey to getting there.

something that might helps is instead of referring to this reality as your current reality try thinking about it as you original reality. because your trying to make your dr your current reality. so when you refer to here as your current reality is disconnects you from you goal (making the shallows your reality) :))

About the affirmations- I saw a post on Amino about saying negative affirmations. Basically it stated to say all your doubts out loud and then just let them go. So you would say “I don’t think I can shift” and then turn it around and say “that won’t hold me back” or something like that. I tried it and it really helped me shift 🕺💃✨ It helped me let go of my doubts about shifting :)
