@@5starben_ You may be correct, but I'm not sure you're right. I have been in his position and protected my younger brother, and taken it too far. I felt bad, but when you mess with family it's not so simple. Love is the most powerful emotion there is, and a phone is just a phone. He's lucky it wasn't his face, especially after making physical contact first.

lot of people in comments are part of the problem. yall grew up in era where saying shit on the internet is cool. These people are real, they have feelings too. and you just can't just saying anything to them and not expect stuff like this to happen. hard line for these celebrities and athletes but if more would do this shitters like the the ones i see in the comments would stop. Like im not advocating for brawls, but there is for sure a line and lots of times we the fans cross it.

holy fuck is there a single word in there that you know??
to be found even guilty of simple assault (18PaSC2701) Jason would have to:
      (1) attempt to cause or intentionally, knowingly or recklessly causes bodily injury; (nope -- he only intended to do so to the phone)
      (2) negligently causes bodily injury with a deadly weapon; (Jason Kelce's hands, while lethal, are not considered deadly legal weapons)
      (3) attempt by physical menace to put another in fear of imminent serious bodily injury; or (sure i guess -- if that kid shits himself)
      thanks for playing
