I’d love to see a video on the villain as I’m struggling with mine. Thanks, Adele 😊
I can definitely talk about this! I'm still learning myself, but I can at least share my findings/discoveries. :-)
Very good advice, I have to say.
Thank you!
Chasing Ghosts sounds like a good read. Have you ever had a main character start out as evil and become good by the end (i.e., redemption story)?
Thank you!! I haven't written a character like that... I have a few that start out as.... maybe "unlikable" is the best word? And then by the end, the reader (hopefully) better understands them. But I love a good redemption story!
What's crazy to me is that someone developed an idea of a 3 act story and even though it doesn't work for us anymore, we're afraid to just say its a 4 act story
Yeah I'm kind of kicking myself now for always assuming I HAD to do it that way!
Thank you for the tips, and you looked great
Thank you so much!
Great video: question, when Anthony had the road rage incident exposing his mental health are the characters that interact with Anthony in some way helping confirm his mental state. In a nutshell, what role does additional character’s play along the timeline as related to character flaw?
Thank you for the interesting question! So, they actually do the opposite of validating him. Everyone brushes his mental state off as "trauma" and unresolved issues. In reality, that's not quite the case. He argues this throughout the story but nobody believes him (or least, they don't ADMIT that they believe him).
@@bymegangrant thank you for answering makes sense.
