That was good, I like all that light up stuff!! Some asmr channels use the brightest flashlights, can’t watch those because it just blinds me and i have to look away lol. I want to try some of that CBD. Lately I’ve just been taking the (cbd/thc) gummies but it still takes me like 1.5 hours to sleep when i take 1 or 2. I think I need something stronger !
My advice would be to Focus on cbd and cut out all thc. THC inhibits sleep, specifically REM sleep, which is the deepest part of the sleep cycle and the part of the cycle where you dream and your brain repairs itself after a busy day of doing millions of actions. I have been a smoker for 16 years and I’ve damaged my brain by denying it REM sleep for years and years. If you are already struggling to sleep this might be a possible reason why. Hope that helps!
