Sermon Palm Sunday “High Noon At Calvary”

For those of you not able to join us in person, please enjoy this sermon by Pastor Kenny titled, “High Noon At Calvary” based on Matthew 27:45-56.
This morning we are observing Palm Sunday and the beginning of “Holy Week.” As we go through the week, we will think about “Good Friday,” the day on which Jesus died about two thousand years ago. On that day, there was a mysterious darkness that covered the land from noon until three o’clock. At that time in one of His last statements from the cross Jesus utters the cry, “Eli, Eli, Lama Sabachthani?” That is, “My GOD, My GOD, why hast Thou forsaken Me?”
