Thank you very much for keeping this Noodl 'flame' alive, when there was the 'turn' to open-source, I really thought everything would be over. Just like you, I'm also a former Bubble dev, now currently working with Python, but I still really wanted a faster tool, and Noodl has always been my favorite, I already received your pack (before finishing the video...lol) and I'm going to devour it as soon as possible. Thank you very much for all the work you have done, may God bless you so much
That’s so nice to hear, thank you Rony! I’m glad you’re still using Noodl and I’ll keep fighting for it. I believe soon we’ll have a thriving community and we can put all the initial worries in the past. Thanks for your support ❤️
I’m currently working on a clone called OpenNoodl. Right now I don’t have any funds to make big changes, but we can at least maintain the original Noodl
That’s great news! It is powerful indeed. My favourite thing is being able to run my projects locally or on my own servers without having to pay cloud hosting with AWS and the like
Thanks for that Rick, this was much needed. I got the impression that the software was something that had been in development in the past, but had run into problems with commercialisation, but I didn't know for sure, as it was hard to get the background story. As you briefly mentioned, what I'm trying to use Noodl for is to learn how to develop software in a fun way. I already tried to learn coding in the conventional way, but it was incredibly boring. They say you should learn by building things and solving problems, so Noodl looks like it will allow for that to happen quite quickly.
Hey Kris. It looks like we’re kindred spirits! I also get incredibly bored doing pure coding, but I love developing and creating new things. I think you’ll really find what you’re looking for after just a couple of months of playing with Noodl, just like I did :)

Yes, without Rick, this might just die. I hope Rick can do a big project like, say, Product Hunt clone. Rick, how long would that take?

I recently discovered Noodl... I'm from Brazil and nobody here knows about it! This tool is very powerful. I really want to learn it.

Thanks for the info. Very helpful video to those of us still on the fence!
That’s good to hear! Don’t hesitate to ask questions in the Noodl Discord to get more info to make your choice
this is timely
Cool, unfortunately Mac Intel release link does work :(
Hey! Yes I’m sorry about that. I’ve taken the intel link down for now and I’ll get it back up as soon as it’s fixed
please don't stop
Thanks! I’ll try not to 😂
