Gresley designed A3 Pacific - 60103 Flying Scotsman was sold to Alan Pegler OBE in January 1963 to save the locomotive from being cut up for scrap! Volunteers Filmed the 'Scotsman' passing the 'Railworld Wildlife Haven' - See our new signal box - Bird Hide and Viewing Platform - Fab hey? Made by two of our talented Volunteers Elvin Edis and Peter Nunn.. Steelwork donated and erected by A1 Steel - Perkins Engines Company Limited provided the woodwork! Fabulous Teamwork folks
