The perfect moment is the present one, containing all the medicine required. Growth is a continual process; perfection is now. It is found in each fleeting moment, which builds on the foundation of the last.
Once we understand that even our deepest voids are not permanent fixtures, we can sit in them, watching, observing, listening; curious, open, and playful as things begin to shift and change. These spaces will no longer feel so empty that we immediately run towards an external plug-in.
With the undoing, freeing of threads, and connections, a spacious fullness emerges, along with ease and simple satisfaction from the inside out.
