Tailing Yastremska. Life sucks, there's a lot you can't control, so I gamble for entertainment. I don't play golf. I figure I save thousands a year not playing golf so instead I gamble some of my money for fun, as an escape, as a distraction from the pain and suffering of life.

@HouseofAddiction Ya we will see. I went up last year using matched betting and promotions etc. But definitely have become addicted to the action now. I can imagine not enjoying it nearly as much if I am down bad. I definitely have noticed it can get compulsive / emotional when you are losing so I try to keep that in check and bet smaller. It is a lot of fun though.

@ even if you win you could have bet and won more in hindsight. And then you have profits and have to bet more next time to get the same dopamine rush and eventually you lose. Lose lose. A very small percentage of people actually make money off of gambling such as powerball winners which even they are notorious for going broke after. Better to replace gambling with a hobby. At the end of the year you’ll statistically have more money and feel better mentally. Gl tho. I lost over 500k in 10 years. Problem is when you’re betting 500-1k a day and you get down 40k… 80k.. 100k.. and you try to chase those losses with your 1k a day it just makes the hole deeper. It’s an illness
