Welcome back, In as much as what we eat and our lifestyle contributes immensely to our physical outlook, I still think that our genetic traits also plays a role towards it. Some people put so much effort in losing weight but still have little or no result for it.
There is nothing wrong in telling people that you are worried about their weight if you know them personally and can say it with love. If you dont know the person then its better to keep opinons to yourself. 99% of the time the person already knows they are fat and may even be trying to lose the weight. So telling them especially in a judgemental way can be discouraging. Its like seeing a smoker. If you know them then you tell them you are worried about them but if you dont know them and the smoking isnt directly disturbing you, then any personal remarks about their lifestyle isnt appropriate.
My dear, its just all abt telling them in a non-judgmental way. Even if you don't know them personally, but u happen to come across them in some way especially in the hospital, u can still talk to them in a good way. If they are already trying, then good. If not, we encourage them. It's all about approach
PT welcome.

You are welcome back🥰
Thanks dear ❤
It's NOT ok to be fat, period, don't care who gets offended.
It's really not ok to be fat, but I think we should tell people in a good way so that we don't offend them and also so that they listen to you.
