Fridge may mein bhi ubley huey alu rakhti hun. Sath he boiled ya soaked pulses jaise Kaley chane ya moong or any other sprouts bhi rakhti hun. Aur idli-dosa ka batter. Kabhi bhi fatafat ban jata hai. Coconut chutney toh jaldi se ban jati hai. Nahi toh MTR ki dry dosa chutney airtight container may store kar sakte hain. Uttapam bhi bana sakte hain ya appam. Kabhi capsicum, corn, paneer, cabbage, carrots, Schezwan sauce ko milakar, uttapam ka Chinese variation bana sakte hain. Upar se cheese.

Nice recipe. पर ये "जल्दी में" बनाने वाले पराठे तो बिल्कुल नहीं है। भूनने, कद्दूकस करने में और उसके बाद मसाला ठंडा करके पराठे बनाने में काफ़ी टाइम जाता है। 🙂
