I really love your instructions!... I want to ask, is not posible for me to push the three points of my feet, if I push the Middle of the outside arch, I lift the inner heel 😅... Can I push the Middle of my heel instead??... Thank again! 🥰🥰
yesss, this is the struggle! I suggest continue working at it. If you focus on the points I mentioned it will help you develop strong arches. If you focus on the middle of the heel, it's not quite the same 😉
