this origin story of Tartini Devil's Trill Sonata, brings to mind other composers such as Igor Stravinsky's "The Firebird" and Modest Mussorgsky's "Night on the Bare Mountain". maybe the devil wanted to show his "love for music"
There was another tale that the devil asked to be his student. After the devil learned the violin he played this song. Tartini then attempted to replicate the song and unable to. He then smashed his violin (something along that line)
It's amazing to know that we were very fast in terms of abilities to play violins back in the day but now we have kind of like slowed down by maybe half because of the skill level as decline because of dedication as well as distractions compared to the people back two or three hundred years ago.
This is the most tragically beautiful piece that I have ever heard and I have heard a lot. The trills at the end are unlike anything that has been composed by anyone including all the greats. Emotionally it feels like your soul is being ripped apart as you fall from grace hearing something that is forbidden much like the fall in the garden of Eden.
0:00 Great music. 0:37 Did devil person appear to him at night!? Showing him use music was better. 1:38 Cool he wrote a music note. 2:18 A lot of people hear he play a music at audience. 3:09 He play music and Devil person behind him. 👏 Wow That was totally amazing music story of Tartini's Devil's Trill Sonata He was inspired by the Devil. Totally amazing but it looks fine alright.
Very much like the legend of Robert Johnson, master of the Delta Blues. According to legend, Johnson met with the Devil at a crossroads outside of Dockery, Mississippi. In exchange for his immortal soul, Johnson was granted mastery. He also died mysteriously at the age of 27, either from being poisoned or from syphilis but nobody knows for sure.

It comes as no suprise seeing as how he had the choir leader role in heaven until he fell because of pride

so the student surpassed the master

I have never heard this song from this man in my life. However, I hear that exact violin playing while I am dreaming sometimes. How strange
I wanna see Davy Jones Locker, please
Tartini, "This isn't the greatest song in the Hells, this is just a tribute."
