Born in "59, I don't see how there is less than 100 comments here ? This is like watching a Movie about a musician we all grew up on. LOVE this !!
Very interesting. Tommy seems like an upright, intelligent fellow. Loved his music back when and it's still great now. Thanks for sharing.
I knew Tommy when he was Tom Jackson in Niles , MI and he was one wild teenager! He would knock on our door bye where he worked, (Spin-It Record Shop) to see my sister Bonnie and she said, tell him I'm not here, "I said, he can hear you". I saw him in Niles, 2009 BOOK signing, and he asked, how is your sister, Bonnie? Tommy looks great and sings as good as ever! Nice guy, Tommy. Glad he claims Niles, not like on Ed Sullivan in 1966 when Ed said here's the local boy from New Jersey and all of Niles, gasp!
An interesting story . thank you for sharing .
very cool to hear some insight.
I am Cheryl Gregs Wife . I grew up listening to your music and I must say you had a very interesting life. . I am glad you are writing about your life . There needs tobe a movie made of your life. I love all of your Music and one more thing my daughters were married to two brothers one of them looks like you did in your younger years and the other looks like you in your middle years Its uncanny. Good luck with your Christian life..
It is an insult that Tommy James and the Shondells are not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
