Pertaining to your question, it depends if they are able to make decisions for themselves or not. My son is on the spectrum and even though he's a child, he's still easily lead. I also I know someone who is autistic and she WAS taken advantage of when she was 18. She has no carnal knowledge nor the mentality of an adult. When you ask her a question, it takes her a while to respond verbally. She's in her 30's now.

I’m autistic and I’ve dated women who aren’t autistic and it’s fine. I do prefer autistic women as we have similar experiences and stuff but I could definitely make it work with a woman who isn’t if we love each other. I had an old friend who is married to an autistic woman but she’s “high functioning” like me
