Love the triangular window above the living room to match the slant of the roof, the laundry room is on the *second* floor so no tugging a laundry basket up and down the stairs, the kitchen is huge with so much storage / pantry space, the master bedroom has its own balcony AND has its own full bath apart from the guest rooms!!!! Well done! AMAZING DESIGN!!!! 👏👏👏

Another great design, Rassel! I’m glad to see a desk in each room so that the kids have a place to study and do their homework. And there’s a vanity ‘table’/area, too. 🙂

Wow! I would extend downstairs into car port, and then a separate attached 2 car garage. Definitely needs a bathtub, but did a great job on this layout. Especially the full size washer and dryer upstairs.

This is 1 of your best, IMO: ✔️Large windows, some of which can be opened ✔️Gorgeous high ceiling for main level ✔️Powder room on main level ✔️Ample space for living area and dining area ✔️More comfortable bar stools, with backs ✔️I appreciate that the laundry area is upstairs, and, most importantly, hidden from view from the main level ✔️Sturdy stair rails ✔️Room for 2 vehicles in carport ✔️Having a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, having more than one bathroom available for the 3 bedrooms There's just one thing I would add: ceiling fans in the bedrooms. I really dislike those large portable fans.
wow Rassel! I really love your designs! Although this house is too big for me and Id rather not have stairs myself, your layout design is very practical and smart, I would still live in this with this 2-floor design.. and the materials you used, although modern and sleek still makes it look very warm and cozy, homey at the same time.. The bedrooms don't feel claustrophobic as they all get the same views from the window and along the corridor which overlooks the downstairs kitchen and living room where you can easily see each other wherever you are in the house...and the vanity in the bathrooms, the extra storage in the kitchen...i also love the ceiling fan and the triangle ceiling....

I love it..Can you give another great design same 3 bedrooms, have 3 toilets 1 for master bedroom, 1 for coomon toilet and also 1 toilet near in the parking lot...100 sqmeter and the main door facing front of East, and have parking lot at the right side of the intrance of the maindoor and the maindoor have extra area so that the water can not get in...Thank you so much
It's so relaxing watching your video layouts. This one is awesome. The washer and dryer on the second floor landing is clever. AND the two car carport is great! And the ceiling, recess lighting and the clever use of space so a room has everything it needs. I'm hoping I can build one one day. Congrats on continuing to grow!
I love your tiny houses. Two things though - i live in Canada. We have winter. I need entryways that have closets for coats and room for a boot tray. It needs to have a floor that can withstand melting snow from the boots too. Second thing - would you be able to do a plan for a tiny house that is 100% accessible?
Very nice, still look’s spacious and it comes with washer/dryer upstairs (most important) and with bathroom too, we saw one design with an extra room upstairs but no bathroom/toilet (OMG), and the stairs is not facing the door, also looks so classy, even the color combination. Very nice design. However if i have to go with this very design, burglar proof windows are a must because of the high theft rate in my country. Otherwise it's a lovely design❤❤❤

The interior layout is lovely, I understand it is loft type. But I would rather raise the roof on the other end side and make a family room or a work station space. This is just my view. That somehow the second floor of the house is wasted due to the design was focused more than usability. The ground floor, I love .. it is appropriately designed, great use of space. In our country where water distribution is quite challenging, I would rather have the clothes' washer at the ground floor on top of each other at the kitchen or placed in the service area with an all season roof to protect it. Still, this is a lovely design I will buy.

這間房子我也很喜歡，屋頂高度感覺有比上星期房子屋頂高一點，這間房子高度是三米高樓因為梯階梯有比較多層，屋頂它有斜坡度，房子在下雪地方，屋頂有雪不用擔心下雪時候自然滑落，這間房子主人是高個子的人住的，另一個窗戶三角型造型藝術又漂亮，窗戶往外推很特別也藝術👍👍👍👏👏👏💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹🍹
