This Africa Geographic Mana Pools Photographic Safari takes place during the end of the dry season - the best time to look for and photograph wildlife in Mana Pools!
The first four nights will be spent at Kavinga Safari Camp further away from the Zambezi River, near Chitake Springs. Here we'll be doing a combination of open vehicle game drives, walking and sitting in their underground hide, which is located right next to camp overlooking a waterhole. This area is known for large herds of buffalo, but also elephants, lions and leopards.
The last four nights will be spent at Vundu Camp on the Mana Pools flood plain, near the Zambezi River. Here we will spend a lot of time on foot, looking for elephants, wild dogs and anything else we can find...
Our local guide, Carl Nicholson, is one of the very best I've ever worked with and will ensure that we safely get into the best photographic positions, not only in the vehicle, but also on foot.
Please e-mail Nadia Lautenbach of Africa Geographic today to book your spots: nadia@africageographic.com
I hope to see you there!

Looks like an amazing trip Villiers, congrats on being selected to host this. Vundu Camp is really top notch so I hope you love it as much as we do. Nick, the owner, and his team really run a great camp and hopefully you all will get to meet Tusker while you are there.

    Have you been to hluhluwe?
It's my dream to be able to do this like yourself. In the mean time I live and work in the UK since I migrated with my folks when I was younger. Traveling back to SA when I can. (This May June being the next time I get back).
